Helt fin beliggenhet i forhold til Torget. Under varm sommer, vil nok aircondition savnes.

Śniadania w hotelu bardzo dobre, duży wybór. W pokojach czajnik i codziennie panie dokładały herbatę lub kawę. Pokój czysty, łóżko bardzo wygodne. W czasie mojego pobytu 5 dni miałam zmienianą pościel. Położenie hotelu na duży plus, do dworca pkp blisko, przystanek tramwajowy tez blisko a do Rynku Głównego 5 minut spacerkiem. Polecam ten hotel. Na następną wizytę w Krakowie napewno go wybiorę.
