Pokoje czyste, zadbane, hotel duży, ładny, jest spokojnie a na dole mamy restauracje, kawiarnie, okolica super (wiadomo jest halas uliczny, ale to normalne), wszystko na miejscu, recepcja pomocna. Przede wszystkim największy plus za czystość.

Cons:

Brak klimy, (chociażby wiatraka), przy 38c prysznic trzeba było brać co pół godziny, niby są nawiewy na oknach, ale przy takiej temperaturze nic nie dają, maszyny z wodą do picia na korytarzach niedziałające, bądź bez kubków. Przy standardowej pogodzie wszystko do przeżycia, natomiast przy obecnej była walka w pokoju, przebieraliśmy się przy otwartych drzwiach na korytarz. Personel (głównie obsługujący kawiarnie), mógłby być milszy i bardziej życzliwy, w recepcji trochę więcej uśmiechu.

They are not at all staffed as hotel. They don’t reply on tel even if you call 10 times during the day and normal hours

Attn Riservations Mrs Anna. I saw your negative response and I am sorry to report you that your hotel is the worst choice we made in all these years. First of all we had call 10 times with no reply. So that means your hotel doesn’t have a proper staff to handle the calls. Every time I was holding the call for more than 2 min. Finally when someone replied and it was you and you say the reservation section is closed on Saturday How is it possible. Secondly you had replied the mail already and you prretended as if it was not you. What kind of hotel is this which doesn’t reply over a period of 3 hrs calls from a client. I rechecked your tel nos it was correct. And at the 11 the call you replied after I was holding the tel for long long time

Choć w pokoju było gorąco, wyspałam się i wypoczęłam.
Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja na mapie Krakowa - blisko na Wawel, dworzec, Rynek.

Cons:

Bardzo brakuje lodówki w pokoju, zwłaszcza w taki upał, jak był ostatnio. Brakowało mi też klimatyzacji. Zamiast niej jest w pokoju wiatrak. Rozumiem, że jeśli hotel wyposaży pokoje w klimatyzację, będzie o wiele droższy:(

Hotel super, skôr na prechodné obdobia, nie na horúce teple dni.
Pros:

Raňajky boli super. Hotel je blízko centra, dobrá dostupnosť, parkovisko síce platené, ale strážene. Boli sme mini busom. Pitná voda na chodbách, kde bola možnosť vybrať či perlivá alebo tichá. Hotel čistý, útulný. Vybavenie izby ok, veľké, priestranné, boli sme traja dospelý.

Cons:

chýba klima na izbe, bol len ventilátor, v tom teple je to nepostačujúce. chýbala chladnička na izbe. Nebolo kde schladiť jedlo a nápoje.
