Family fun had by alll

Overall, a positive experience. Will return to stay here again.
Pros:

Great location on the south end of Calgary. Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Ample parking. Helpful staff. Hot and cold breakfast options. We only stayed one night and didn't make use of the many amenities, but ... maybe next time! We'll be back.

It was clean, for the most part quiet, until the Hockey players got there. The air conditioner/Heater is noisy. Close to other amenities. Great staff.

Pros:

disorganised hotel. They gathered up my cloths, electronics and toiletries and stuffed them in a bag, then stuck them in random office. No communication with me or front office to see why my stuff was still there. I had one more night in my reservation. They then told me to call the police, there was nothing they could do. BS!
Long story short, I found my stuff in the laundry room (most of it). They did give me that night at no charge, but I'm so mad at my treatment and bad attitudes that I won't be returning.

Great value, clean, nice rooms, free cookies
Pros:

Great location in South Calgary, with convenient access to many amenities. Excellent value for a spotlessly clean hotel with amazing staff who clearly take pride in their establishment. Room sizes are generous, and the pool with waterslide is actually kept comfortably warm, unlike many others.

Also free cookies.
