Pros:

Good location if you have a car. Spacious rooms. Good gym. They have a restaurant downstairs. Plenty of parking.

Cons:

Breakfast is not included. There’s no pool.

More than meets my expectations

AC more than sufficient given the recent Heat Wave.

I have a King size accommodation, however the lighting is poor in the bathroom.

Pros:

Bigger room, very good view of the parking lot to keep my eyes on my car all the time. Clean.

Cons:

No free breakfast and the mattress is not that comfortable. These two things are very important.

Hard pass. Choose a different location
Pros:

The staff is unbelievably rude and in no way providing a service in HOSPITALITY. They gatekeep the Hilton Honors as if it comes out of their pay. Not to mention the 4 dead bugs and 2 pills I found in the bed and on the floor of my room upon check in. I travel to Hilton Hotels frequently, and this is without a doubt the absolute worst experience every single time.

Where do I start - on check in I was given my breakfast coupons- in reviewing them - I checked in on the afternoon of tuesday6/23 my breakfast coupons were for 6/22-6/23-6/24. I was not even there on 6/22 and I arrived after breakfast on 6/23. I requested my room be cleaned everyday- 6/24 my room was not cleaned I called front desk and just had them give me fresh towels I took care of the room myself. On 6/25 my room was cleaned but my towels that I left in the bathroom floor were picked up but I was not given any fresh replacement towels? It seems there was a total lack of communication by staff -?I never experienced the miscommunication and lack of attention to detail at any Hilton that I experienced at this one sad to say.
