Pros:

I liked the room and the environment. I wished I would have tried out the pool or the food. Every staff member was very nice and very welcoming. The rooms smelled good and the place all together was very welcoming.

Pros:

Location, staff.

Cons:

Room not cleaned for 2+ days. Had to go to front desk to ask to have it cleaned, new towels, trash emptied, refresh room supplies like cups, etc.

Would stay again - A Pleasant Stay
Pros:

Andrew at the front desk set the tone right away with his kindness and helpful attitude. The hotel felt sturdy and maintained, and my room looked freshly updated, which was a nice surprise.

That said, a few small details kept it from feeling fully polished. The cabinet door to the refrigerator wouldn’t close, and while breakfast was perfectly acceptable, the presentation felt more “retro banquet hall” than inviting breakfast spread.

I heard another guest comment about airplane noise, but in my room—facing the Holiday Inn—I didn’t hear a thing. The biggest inconvenience was parking. Even though the hotel didn’t appear to be full, there were no spaces available when I got back late, so I had to park at the Holiday Inn. It gave me the impression that some of the lot may be used for paid parking.

Even with those issues, I would stay here again. It’s in a convenient spot, with a few restaurants within a mile in either direction.
