Pros:

No lo pudimos apreciar porque solo estuvimos 1 hora

Cons:

Por retrasos en los vuelos, solo pudimos llegar al hotel 1 hora antes del checkout y la manager no nos quería dejar usar las habitaciones, esa hora para bañarnos. Después de nosotros mostrar nuestro desacuerdo nos dejó usar solo una habitación para que nos bañáramos 5 personas. Nosotros éramos 5 y teníamos reservado 2 habitaciones. La verdad fueron muy desconsiderados

Cons:

I asked to have my room cleaned and it never happened. I was told it would but it didn’t. Coffee area was a mess late in the day and no coffee offered.

Highly recommend for an airport base
Pros:

We changed to this hotel a week prior to our visit and couldn't have been more pleased. We just needed beds for a quick San Fran trip that included a late night arrival and an early morning departure. We got more than that! We got upgraded to a loft room that was spacious and love the additional 1/2 bath. Service was great especially when we needed new linens.
We Ubered to and from airport and downtown San Fran and it was easy (not free like other reviews said).
The only downside is that it is literally near no food options, and the restaurant that already had limited options was out of several items when we tried to have an early dinner there.

Would recommend for a base if needed to be near the airport.

Good option for a one night stay.
Pros:

The hotel is well located, close to the airport. Staff is really friendly and you get complimentary uber ride to the airport.

The hotel is not in good shape. First, the corridors smells bad and the rooms need maintenance.

It is fine for a night, but not more than that.

Cons:

Disappointed that we could not book a uber (paid by Four Point hotel) from SFO to hotel. As a foreigner, it is costly for us to make a call to hotel to arrange (as Skype is no longer in service). In fact, I call at SFO but was told no shuttle bus service to hotel. I was not advised by hotel staff that they can book a Unber service for us and we juts need to wait at SFO.
