The hotel has an excellent location close to shopping areas and attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

It’s the best located resort with sea view. Prefer sea view room if fits in budget. Many Indian and Thai food restaurants at the walking distance. It gives full resort vibe with very big swimming pool, amazing food options and the environment feels friendly. Staff is very good and friends specially Ms Dao who is very helpful. This is a 5 star resort which gives value for money.
I came back to stay at Avani Pattaya again because the rooms are always clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff are attentive, friendly, and always take great care of the guests. The swimming pool is beautiful and relaxing, making it a perfect place to unwind.
The breakfast restaurant offers a wide variety of food choices, and this time I was very happy to see more healthy menu options available. Mr. Tony recommended some of the wellness dishes for me to try, and they tasted absolutely delicious. I really enjoyed them!
I would also like to thank Boom, Fen, and all the pool staff for their warm hospitality and friendly service throughout my stay. Everyone made me feel very welcome. I will definitely come back again!
This was our 2nd stay at the Avani and it so good to come back again.Great location,very clean,very friendly staff that are always willing to please.Once you enter in off beach rd you feel like your in your own Oasis,with beautiful gardens and huge pool.Special mention to Petch,the wonderful lady who runs the swim up bar at the pool,she is so friendly and professional and makes the best Bloody Mary’s🍹We met the Hotel Manager at breakfast one morning and he made us feel very welcome which was much appreciated.Highly recommend this hotel..

We had a great family vacation at Avani Pattaya Resort. The hotel atmosphere was peaceful and family-friendly, surrounded by beautiful gardens and a large swimming pool that our child really enjoyed.
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable for traveling with kids. The staff were very kind and helpful, always smiling and making us feel welcome.Especially Khun Nutty and Khun Namnueng to take care my son.Breakfast offered many choices for both adults and children.
The location is also very convenient, close to the beach, shopping malls, and restaurants, making it easy for families to travel around Pattaya.
Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay for our family. We would definitely come back again for our next family trip. 💙🌴

The stuff behavior at the lobby when we first arrived to the hotel was awful.
We arrived early morning and i already sent a message to explain we need a early check-in and also informed we celebrate a very unique event but they said they didn't receive our message and didn't really care we informed in advanced.
We go out to other hotel and rented a room only for few hours until they let us check-in.
We can understand the rules but the behavior and stuff attitude was very bad and unacceptable.
Of course we informed the manager and they tried to give us some spa treatment free of charge but we refused because they already destroyed our experience and feelings.
I was in this hotel many times before 2022 but tjis time everything was different...we were very disappointed 😞
