Очень приятная девушка которая поможет в любом вопросе подскажет и решит любой вопрос.
Само отель находится в очень удобном месте. Недалеко есть и метро и вокзал и небольшие магазинчике рядышком.. персонал очень доброжелательный всё чистенько аккуратненько. Завтрак разнообразный.

La hall dell'albergo molto scenografica. Bellissima la sala colazione (cibo buono e vario). Vicinanza metropolitana e stazione dei treni.
La moquette in camera non proprio pulita. Camera tripla piccolina. Un solo comodino per tre persone.
The staff at arrival were amazing, with the early check in was made comfortable and as it was my birthday (50th) they left a cake and a note. Bottled water in your room along with tea and coffee facilities. At check in you get an amenity kit with toothbrush, comb etc.
El hotel está muy bien ubicado ya que a dos minutos andando tiene una estación de metro que te conecta con todo Pekín.
El desayuno es muy completo tanto para el estilo oriental como occidental (el café muy rico). La cama es muy amplia y cómoda así como las almohadas.. En recepción tuvimos muy buena atención siempre que recurrimos a ellos..
La habitación ha quedado desfasada en cuanto a su mobiliario y no corresponde con el hall del hotel que es moderno.

The location was great. The breakfast had a lovely ambience and good variety and we never had a problem finding a seat regardless of what time we turned up. The laundry room was a great addition and much appreciated. The room was spacious and comfortable.
The gym was pretty average with limited equipment. Was disappointed to be charged for a white face washer that they claimed was stained with my makeup.
