I loved absolutely everything

Great service, even provide dinner when we arrived.

I was extremely happy with this Hilton location. Probably the highlight of my 3 night stay was the amazing breakfast buffet that defied all expectations. There were so many healthy food options to include overnight oats and chia pudding with oat milk. There was an extensive amount of fresh, not frozen strawberries and blueberries along with apples and bananas. So many more food items and everything was great. Tiara was incredible and was such a delight to talk with. I appreciate her hard work and cheerful character. The front desk , Jose, was also expedient and friendly . Overall great staff and location

I am a regular customer that travel from another state once a year for Mother’s Day I always enjoy staying here the staff and manager always friendly and the hotel is always clean highly recommend

Location, space of room for family of 5 was good.

I stayed in this hotel for a few month while in town working in 2025 and again this year.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. Nice place for a longer term stay. It's located back off the road so you are away from any traffic noise and such but convenient to stores and restaurants.
The staff were all exceptional. Very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Any questions or worries, they handled everything promptly and professionally. They made everyone feel at home and I very much appreciated them. While all of them were note-worthy (including housekeeping and maintenance staff), I would like to thank those I dealt with most of my stay. Thanks to Jessica, Jose, Jonathan, Rebecca, Kesha, and Tiara for making my stay great. Hope to see you again if I'm ever back in Tallahassee. ~tdHartsock

The hotel and room nice and clean (although lamps lacking lightbulbs show lack of follow through by service personnel). The bed is very comfy. I only saw/used one elevator and it was busy.
My main complaint is the reason I picked this hotel over others. I read about the amazing breakfast. We stayed on a Friday night and went downstairs at 8:30 on a Saturday morning. It was crowded and I was pleased to see scrambled eggs and bacon on peoples plates. Big smile on my face.
I went to serving area to see a note on one silver server saying that it was not operational. I lifted the other to see some orange slimy substance and a few little bacon slivers. I went to the adjacent room and inquired. The SURLY employee said "we done run out".... At 8:30 on a Saturday morning, you done run out????? We left and went out to a restaurant for breakfast. But it really tuned me off.

Maybe its a great place during the week but at 8:30 on a Saturday morning I don't suggest staying here.

I am writing to thank you for the amazing stay my family and I had at your establishment this past week.

The facilities were incredibly clean, but what truly made our stay special was the people. I would like to personally recognize several staff members who took such wonderful care of us: Jessica, Ciara, Kesha, Jonathan, Jose, Teresa, and the entire housekeeping team.

In addition to the excellent service, we thoroughly enjoyed the food. Whether it was breakfast, afternoon brunch, or dinner, everything was delicious.

Thank you all for providing such a memorable week for me and my family. We truly appreciate everything you did for us!
