Pros:

We had a great one-night stay! The staff was very friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. Our room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Disappointing
Pros:

Located close to the airport, however with what appeared to be only one staff member available in the evening the wait for the shuttle was protracted.
The breakfast provided was adequate providing a range of food from cereals, fruit to hot items.

Cons:

We stayed in a suite which was to provide a bedroom and lounge with bed settee to accommodate three adults. When we came to set up the bed settee we found it to be broken to such an extent that it could not be folded out to provide a separate bed. Due to the lateness of the hour and the fact that we had already unpacked we chose not to contact reception. In order to provide a s bed in the lounge area we moved the mattress from the second bed in the bedroom and placed it on the floor of the lounge.
The suite also smelly musty.

Pros:

The hotel is situated at a very prime location. Every morning, breakfast was timely available with quick refills. We thank and appreciate the staff who made our stay extremely pleasant.

The sofa come bed in our suite could be upgraded.

Great stay! Would stay again.
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. It was clean and everyone was friendly.

It looked liked the rooms had been redone as the paint and fixtures all seemed relatively new. We had a sitting area with a pull out couch, chair, TV and desk. In the hall to the bedroom was a refrigerator and microwave in a cabinet. There is also a one cup coffee maker. The bathroom was off to the left of the hall. There is only a shower, no tub. There is a place to hang your clothes too off the hallway. What I liked the most was the door that can be closed to the bedroom in case someone wanted to sleep later.

The air conditioner is in the bedroom. If the door to the bedroom is closed, the rest of the room does get warm. However, there is a great ceiling fan in the living room area that we left on our entire stay.

They only service your room if you request it. We actually like them not coming in. If you need anything replaced, just call down or go to the front desk and they will give you what you need. My husband forgot his comb and they had a complimentary one to give him.

The pool is great. It is a salt water pool which we loved because our friend is allergic to chlorine.

The continental breakfast was great...offering waffles, cereal, yogurt, eggs, sausage, hash browns, toast, bagels, pastries and biscuits and gravy on the weekend.

I would have rated this a 5 star except for two areas. The key card to the room works sporadically. I had to have mine replaced twice. Even then you may have to run your card 5 or 6 times before the door finally unlocks. The other issue was the hallway and our room initially smelled musty. The other couple we were with said the same thing. My husband thought it might be whatever cleaning solution they used.

overall, we would stay here again. We left our car there while on vaca and was not a problem.
Pros:

Bed was extremely comfortable. Staff was very pleasant and attentive.

Got there at 3 couldn't check in until 3:30. But the lady was really nice. Pool was down the next morning so couldn't go swimming.
