Fabulous location, wonderful staff and really nice rooms.
Pros:

Bathroom door is sliding doesn’t offer privacy for sound and visual
AC unit was very finicky to get working even after calling front desk had to reset, unplug multi times so you could not always have it streaming high (it was freezing) and we just wanted light air as it was still warm

Super gelegen in Old Montreal
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel an bester Lage. Grosszügige Zimmergrösse, schönes sauberes Zimmer. Wir waren sicher 2 Stunden vor der CheckIn Zeit dort und konnten unser Zimmer schon beziehen.

Cons:

Missverständnis mit dem inklusiven Frühstück, das sich aber mit einer E-Mail problemlos regeln liess.

La climatisation un bruit infernal impossible de la mettre
Le 2 eme lit pas fait à l’arrivée
Un lit sur deux fait par la femme de chambre
Pas de verres pour les brosses à dents
Pas de coton coton tige
Nous avons réglé sur booking avec petit déjeuner pour 3 ils nous soutenaient que c’était pour 2 il a fallut insister même en montrant la réservation
Lorsque l’on dit tout ça à la réceptionniste en disant que ce n’est pas digne d’un 4 étoiles elle nous répond je ne sais pas si c’est un 3 ou 4 étoiles

Su situación en el viejo Montreal y el desayuno

Cons:

Habitación muy oscura en la segunda planta. Sin vistas con olor a humedad y muy deficiente limpieza. Las camas las tienes que hacer tú, Así fueron las 4 noches.
