Pros:

Breakfast was good everyday. The gym was basic but workable.

Cons:

I lost my keys in the washing machine and the hotel manager would not let the maintenance man find it in the washout of the drum. The room was 2 full beds. I ordered 1 king bed. The mattress was too firm.

Cons:

The room smelled like urine. The shower head was stuck on one spray mode and it was difficult to change the position of the shower head.

Nice hotel for travelling and staying around Cincinnati airport!
Pros:

It's a good hotel when you're travelling and need to be need the airport. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and I had everything that I needed there. The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed my stay indeed!

Cons:

The breakfast wasn't amazing, but that's not a big deal.

The toilet was low. Would be nicer a little higher for us older folks. Other than that and honestly not a game changer.

I'll be back!
Pros:

This hotel is very easy to access. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was very clean and had everything in that you would need. For this hotel being as nice as it is, the cost was extremely good. It was less expensive than most of the hotels I had looked at, and had much better customer ratings. I will definately use this hotel again when I am in the Cincinnati

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like, was the fact we could only stay one night.

It was a great stay and super clean!
Pros:

Love how spacious our room was but even more the cleanliness. Definitely would book here again! Very comfortable and the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve seen yet, so many options and more name brand condiments and choices.

Cons:

I can’t really think of a single thing.
