Super-Hotel für einen Wochenendaufenthalt
Pros:

Schön eingerichtete Zimmer. Freundliches Personal. Leckere Cocktails an der Bar. Die Innenstadt ist leicht mit dem Bus erreichbar. Man kann sogar Fahrräder ausleihen.

Always a good stay
Pros:

As always staff is very, very nice and rooms are comfy and clean. Rooms size and breakfast are always good, and the view from the wellness area is always nice. Check in and out very simple, online possibility is always a big plus. Best position for Altona, plenty of activities in walking reach. Best choice for work trip in Altona.

Cons:

Nothing, I can define myself a regular customer and I'm never disappointed.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Das muss man betonen. Die Mitarbeiter am 5.8, die gegen 16uhr da waren, waren super:-)

Meine Tochter hat es auch super gefallen. Schön modern eingerichtet.

Pros:

Im Großen und Ganzem war es in Ordnung. Die Betten waren gut und wir haben gut geschlafen. Toll waren die langen Frühstückszeiten. Parken ist in der Seitenstraße völlig kostenlos. Ich würde beim nächsten Mal ein anderes Hotel wählen.

Cons:

50€ für eine Stunde früher einchecken ist schon unverschämt, noch dazu wenn die Zimmer frei und fertig sind. Die Zimmer sind ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und die Ausbesserungen z.B. an den Türen sehr unprofessionell. Beim Frühstück gab es viel Auswahl an Salat und Ceralien, aber die Basics wie Käse und Wurst waren mit 2 und 3 Sorten doch sehr überschaubar.
