Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel
Tolles Hotel in guter Lage, um zur Arena zu kommen.
Wir wurden mit einem kostenlosen Tetra-Pack Wasser und Eis begrüßt.
Das Frühstück war super, habe noch nie so ein tolles veganes Angebot gesehen.
A much better experience than NH Berlin. Everything felt professional, the staff were great, and we were happy with our stay. The breakfast was good, though not exceptional.
The bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working properly.
Zimmer top, Personal sehr freundlich. Busanbindung zum Volksparkstadion direkt vor dem Hotel - kurze Busfahrt bis zum Stadion - dann noch 7 Min. Fußmarsch. Man ist vom Hotel unterhalb einer halben Stunde am Stadion.
Der Frühstücksbereich war am Sonntag sehr voll - es gab zeitweise keine Sitzplätze. Es dauerte mit dem Nachlegen der Speisen. Das wenige Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und hat das bestmögliche getan.
Everything was excellent. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was convenient, the facilities were great, and everything exceeded our expectations. One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had.

Zimmer war leise (ohne große Geräuschkulisse von draußen) Wir waren dort um eine Veranstaltung im Volksparkstadion zu besuchen. Die Lokation war vom Hotel prima zu erreichen (Bus oder auch Fahrrad)

Unser Zimmer war relativ klein geschnitten und sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet, kein überflüssiger Schnickschnack, alles da was benötigt wurde. Die Betten waren hervorragend, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Die durchgehende Decke wurde auf Nachfrage umgehend gegen zwei Einzeldecken getauscht. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße hin, die Schalldämmung der Fenster war sehr gut. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht täglich genutzt, waren aber wirklich sehr angetan. An der Heißtheke gab es Frittata, gedünstete Tomaten, Rührei und Würstchen. Das Buffet war insgesamt sehr reichhaltig und ausgewogen. Das Personal war permanent am Nachlegen und am Tische frisch eindecken. Allesamt sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Am Montag war beim Frühstück etwas weniger los, üblicherweise. Leider wurde aus diesem Grunde nur eine der beiden Kaffeemaschinen in Betrieb genommen, was zu einer ständigen Schlange vor dem einzigen Gerät führte,
das hat ein wenig genervt. Das war allerdings auch schon alles, mehr gibt’s nicht zu meckern 😂.

Servizio pulizie camere solo su richiesta nonostante si alloggi più giornate, sinceramente non ho pensato ad avvisare che una camera dovesse essere almeno rimessa in ordine giorno dopo giorno.
La pulizia e rifacimento letto camere assente se non su richiesta per il giorno successivo.
Personale del piano molto rumoroso la mattina presto.
