Skvělý, čistý a pohodlný hotel
Pros:

Do tohoto hotelu jsme se vrátili s manželem podruhé. A to z důvodu SKVĚLÝCH snídaní, dokonalé postele, úžasných polštářů a velmi milého personálu počínaje od recepce, konče obsluhou u snídaňových stolů. Bydleli jsme v apartmánu, takže jsme měli oba dostatek prostoru a každý svou koupelnu. Další můj silný pozitivní zážitek se odehrál u snídaně. U úseku s teplými jídly nás obsluhovala velmi sympatická paní Vendy. Zvládla komunikovat s námi i s Anglicky mluvícím hostem, který se rozhodl jí "krást" vařící jídlo pod rukama. Velmi pohotově a zároveň asertivně mu vysvětlila, že toto jídlo ještě není pro něj hotové a nabídla mu lepší variantu. Pak plynule přešla k našemu požadavku. Takových lidí jsem v tomto úseku moc nezažila. Profesionálka, které si hotel jistě váží!

Great stay
Pros:

Very nice 4 night stay - would recommend
A little out of centre but easily reached by metro which is a 5 min walk away.
Rooms, staff and hotel all good.
Breakfast had a great choice and set you up for the day.
I used gym facilities whilst there which were ok. Small but had everything you needed for a quick workout . Could have done with the air con on though.
Would happily stay here again
