Cons:

Bill arrived with extra fees that I wasn’t privy to. Also, paid for a full day of parking even though I left at 8am and handed over the key cards. Bathrooms need updating and vents need to be cleaned.

Good stay in perfect location with good breakfast.
Pros:

Quiet room and well appointed facility with convenient parking near to shopping and restaurants and convenient location for travel in Charlotte area

Cons:

A bit slow checkin process as my name was not correctly entered and we had to register and pay for the parking separately.

Pros:

Well I didn't like how you canceled my room and didn't tell me, and I didn't like how they changed me 2 times for a room and don't want to talk about it. You and that place can go fuck off. I will never use booking. com again
