Enjoyed the smores n outdoor activities
Didn’t fully enjoy breakfast due to nature of stay but will go back
Had to call for service on the TV no signal etc. did not like to pay for parking however piece of mind with security there also made me question why we would need security in the first place. High risk for thefts or crimes in the area? Or just more secure measures?
Poor room 355 noise from outside fans.
Manager argumentative with no other rooms available, then after argument a room appeared.
Also all night long played music outside our window over front carpark and did not know how to turn it off.
Everything
Pool bar wasn’t open
It’s very family friendly kid oriented it’s perfect if you have young kids activities and show a movie outside almost every day.
The charge for parking is a bit ridiculous
El hotel.muy bueno, cómodo y centrico
Restaurant, outdoor activities, rooms were super clean & bed was comfy
Charges for parking & extra charges
Wonderful two night stay. Amber (front desk) was extremely helpful in accommodating me with an early check in. We had a balcony room ,and the sunsets were amazing. The dining room and kitchen staff were very pleasant (D'Nae and Ariana).
Breakfast was great and very tasteful. Recieved amazing service from my waitress. Staff were friendly and answered all questions. The room was well laid out and cleaned.
Was not expecting to be charged for parking every time I drove out of the hotel parking lot. Wish the hours for the hot tub could be extended to allow use during night hours.
The pool .. and the food
The fact that I was sent a summary of my receipt and it showed that I checked out past my reservation time which if you look at the CAMERAs .. I clearly left at 6:15 am .. way before my checkout time .and now I got charged more
The fitness center is well equipped and I loved the country music plane in the elevators
Location was very good, clean, and well maintained. We had the junior king balcony room, and it was excellent minus one issue. the toilet kept running for the two night we stayed. To be fair was did not call it in but should be looked at for the next guest.
the balcony was excellent and enjoyed it. We had dinner on Valentine's Day at the hotel restaurant. Food was very good, bourbon selection was better than the fancy local restaurant we went to the night before, but the star was our server, Michael. Class act and can work at any restaurant in town. Someone give him a bonus. The only issue in our stay is that my wife has strong dog allergies and, on this weekend, I saw more dogs in the hotel than I have ever seen in a hotel. I saw two couples with 3 dogs each! My wife's allergies took a lot from our experience. I wonder if Hilton has accommodations for guest that have animal allergies. We are Hilton diamond members and stay in a lot of Hilton properties and likely always will, but don't think we would return to this location based on seeing so many animals in the hotel. We are visiting the Signa in San Antinio in late June, I hope they have less animals or some non-animal rooms. Still was a nice stay and I would recommend this location to others that are dog lovers or those without allergy issues.
