Great Hotel, Poor Value Proposition
Pros:

Good facilities and a convenient location close to the airport. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was very good.

Cons:

For a hotel of this standard, especially one positioned around its proximity and convenience to the airport, the shuttle frequency is unacceptable. The service should run at least three times more frequently. Having to wait up to an hour for an airport shuttle does not match the hotel’s value proposition.

Localização excelente para quem vai pegar avião em Guarulhos

Cons:

Rigor excessivo para minha esposa e eu nos hospedarmos com nossa sobrinha menor de idade, com viagem internacional agendada na manhã seguinte;
mesmo com o documento ORIGINAL de despacho do juizado de menores, com a devida autorização dos pais, tivemos que providenciar uma autorização de minha cunhada, online, com assinatura pelo gov br, autorizando o pernoite no hotel…
como chegamos ao hotel pouco antes das 23:00, até que tudo ficou certo perdemos o horário de funcionamento do restaurante.
Burocracia brasileira funcionando muito bem…

Pros:

Hotel e perfeito apesar de muito caro. O problema foi o check-in.... chegamos meia noite quase e tivemos que esperar quase meia hora para "liberarem" nosso quarto. Lamentável.

Certainly not worth the money
Pros:

I like the fact that it was close to the airport and the staff was really good. All except the guy that was running the shuttle back-and-forth to the airport. He was not reliable.

Cons:

The rooms were in dire need of remodeling. I was told I was given an upgraded room and yet the furniture was so old. It was ridiculous. The food was fairly good. The staff was very helpful.
