The staff were very friendly and nice.
The room and sheets were clean.
There was some mould in the shower room.
From the moment we arrived to the minute we left the staff was always happy to help as my wife is from Scotland they even took her Scottish note as a lot of places in Leeds would not take the room was very nice and clean and everything from instructions to free tea and coffee was really nice we had the breakfast on the last day before leaving this was an extra coat but we didn't mind as we only paid for the room asked for fried eggs and the staff didn't hesitate and just went to make them all in all fantastic and we will be back very soon as was down from Scotland to see my family

Breakfast choice could be better especially for vegetarians. Mixing spoons with bacon and sausages with other food not good.

When we arrived at the property, we were greeted by the Front of House Manager, Donner. Donner checked us in, and showed us to our room, and then let us settle in, then Donner brought our luggage, throughout our stay Donner was absolutely brilliant with us, and went the extra mile for us, we couldn't have asked for anymore from her, as nothing was too much for her, Donner is an absolute credit and asset to the hotel, Donner is an absolute Keeper, if I had my business in Leeds I definitely would have her working for my company. Donna 10/10 and thank you for a fantastic stay, you made our our stay Fantastic and special.

The bed in our room did not have a joining bar to keep the two halves of the base together. Because the base had separated, I stubbed my left toe on the castors sticking out, resulting in pain as my toe nail had split in 2 places and had bled. My wife rang Reception from 12:25 p.m. for assistance 3 times but had to go to the Desk due to no response. The Duty Receptionist did not offer to involve anyone with First Aid experience and provided only the First Aid box for my wife to pick out 2 plasters. When the Duty Receptionist was asked to record the incident, my wife was told 'do I have to' but did agree to log the incident into the accident book.
The floor tiles also in the bathroom when wet are a serious slip hazard, with my wife needing to steady my mobility following a shower.

This was my 3rd stay here, staff are always great and breakfast is ok
Door cards where not working, got shown to a room , it had some one in it already asleep, was then put in another room and woken by the staff at 11.30pm looking for a lost card

I was put in a room that I paid extra for that had a known issue with plumbing , shower didn’t work, toilet was flushing it self all night so I hardly slept, when i spoke with front desk they where fully aware of the issue with the room! I was not impressed, they showered no sign of trying to sort it, refund, discount,, nothing !
You know what you’ll get - loads of parking, good bed, shower & nice room
The buffet hot breakfast isn’t the best, not as good as Holiday Inn
