In a very convenient location with lots of greenery behind and a good choice of food options in the adjacent complex. Good parking ( free ). Friendly staff. The rooms were very spacious, modern and immaculate. A real refreshing up-market treat when comparing to some Motorway Services hotels. All you can eat Buffet Breakfast ( £12 ) offered the cooked essentials and some cereals and fruit. Loved it !

Price was good. Location was better than I expected. Dog was able to come into services and to the restaurant for breakfast.

This is a cheap rest stop hotel that was packaged on booking.com as a luxury hotel.
The carpet looked very cheap, cheaper than what you'd get at TravelLodge yet was more expensive than TravelLogde. The wardrode was dusty. The extractor in the bathroom didn't work. The TV remote was dead, had to call reception for another one. The hotel practice false-advertising on booking.com, I was led to believe that breakfast was included, only to be told in the morning that i needed to click on some button during booking to include breakfast.
Not to mention that the hotel is in the middle of nowhere.

Very nice quiet hotel. Room very nice bed comfy. Has a small cardio gym which was handy and the services next door give other food options. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is idea for Leeds and there is no motorway noise at all in the room I stayed in. Will stay again for sure. Not what I would call a hotel for a romantic getaway though as seems mainly for workmen and people travelling which is fine.
Some stains on the lamp shade which meant it could have been cleaned. Outside a lot of the room the carpet had stains which again could do with being cleaned. I only had one meal in the hotel which was an evening meal of BBQ Chicken salad. Not very imaginative and very plain, so could not really call it that as it was basically a bowl of pre packed salad leave with a chicken breast drizzled in BBQ Sauce and Mayonnaise. Not worth the cost and means I would eat elsewhere in future.

It’s easy to park and the hotel is next a nature walk around a lake. There are also shops, and places to get food and snacks.
The design of the outside and services is well done too.

The property was in a convenient location to break my journey based at Skelton Services, and easy to park. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
