Short walk to Disneyland.
Large, double sink area. The room was very conveniently located. Really nice pool and good water temperature, and lots of lounge chairs, umbrellas, and pool towels.
Friendly and helpful staff.
On-site EV chargers.
Can't think of anything.
Sam has always been super nice to us when we're there and the staff always accommodates to our needs. Right across the street from Disneyland entrance is also a plus.
We recently stayed att the Anaheim Hotel and had another wonderful experience from start to finish. The location is perfect for visiting Disneyland, and the hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming as usual. This time we chose the park view rooms and watched the fireworks from the comfort of our home away from home.
A special thank you to Candi for her outstanding service. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Her positive attitude and professionalism truly stood out and made us feel valued as guests.
The pool is perfect for a rest day or to wind down after a busy day at the parks. The Pizza Press on site is a super convenient and delicious option for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
We’ve stayed at The Anaheim Hotel dozens and dozens of times over the years. Now we are sharing it with our grandchildren. I can’t recommend The Anaheim Hotel highly enough. You’ll be glad you stayed here.
We love this place. It's close to the parks, has great amenities, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff are first class. If you need anything, Kristopher at the Concierge Desk has your back and Mike will greet you with a smile so wonderful, you feel like you've known him for years.
I was so excited to finally try this hotel, and it did not disappoint! I visited as a solo parent with my two young kids. The ramps made it easy to get strollers and luggage up to the second floor, even without an elevator.
I loved the outdoor space — it was perfect for sitting outside once the kids were asleep. The fridge came empty, which was great for storing all of my kids' snacks and drinks. From our balcony we could see the former Tower of Terror, and if you sit at the railing and look to the right, you can even catch some of the fireworks!
There were tons of fun lawn games to enjoy, and a pool. As for getting to Disneyland — walking is absolutely the way to go. My friend parked at Mickey and Friends garage and it took her an hour just to get from the garage to us inside the park.
The beds are on the softer side, which my kids and I loved, though those with different preferences may want to keep that in mind.
We absolutely love this hotel! It’s a short walk to the parks and the staff is always so amazingly friendly and helpful! This trip we had Leo, Karina, and Vernita help us at check in and they were incredible! The rooms are always clean and nice and the partial park view is so fun for families or if you like to relax at the room for a bit. Also the cost for proximity to the parks? Insanely great! Highly recommend this hotel for vacations or staycations!
Close to Disneyland
Staff very nice
Construction was going on in the building next to us. Was loud in the morning only downside
Very good
Location to the park and the retro vibe. The property amenities were good and we look forward to returning to use them.
One sink for such a giant vanity, really???? Room was a little rough as the bathrooms felt cheaply designed. The pizza place food was bleh, pizza crust was not great and the boneless wings were frozen chicken turds covered in a sauce… oh and your front desk staff needs to be better trained and with a personality!!!
I love this place! We have stayed many times. The rooms are clean and spacious including 2 beds, a desk, large TV, and a good sized bathroom. The staff, from housekeeping to reception, to management are all friendly, respectful and accommodating. We had an amazing stay, celebrating my grandson' s birthday. We will definitely stay again soon!
We stayed at The Anaheim Hotel for 4 days and 3 nights and had a great experience overall. The staff was very accommodating, and we appreciated being able to arrange a late checkout for an additional fee.
I especially wanted to give a shoutout to Lesley at the front desk for going above and beyond. While I was waiting for our invoice to print at checkout, she casually asked about our travel plans. I mentioned that a black car service was picking us up to take us to the airport. When I said that, she realized something didn’t add up and asked if we had driven in and parked at the hotel. We hadn’t — we used a car service the entire trip.
Thanks to Lesley’s attentiveness and keen eye for detail, she caught that we had accidentally been charged for parking for all four days of our stay. She immediately corrected the mistake and refunded us $140 in parking fees.
I usually don’t go through every line item on hotel invoices, so I’m very grateful she noticed it before we left. Excellent customer service like that really stands out. Thank you again, Lesley!
