No room service had to pay if you want bedding also towels and cookware no working carts to load your belongings, people camping in the parking lot, outside has trash someone even defecated in the stairway just nasty

The beds were not made and we struggled to get the door open we had to hit again it real hard and the stuff wasn’t answer the phone water bugs and loud dogs just barking all night
I literally checked in and had to ask for vacuum Dog hair n food was covering the floor, inside of stool was disgusting wasn't pleasant at all and I love extended this is the first time I've ever experienced this
Clean I should never had to clean my own room I couldn't be moved cause it was booked

I should walk into my room and have water on the floor, place smells like weed in the lobby upon the arrival, the safety lock on the door could stay secure had to use a chair. The microwave was dusty, fridge was was frozen. And the lobby should be 24 hrs and not selective hours
The staff member was understanding of my concerns.
The bed set was dirty, hallways smell like urine, and I didn’t like how the room didn’t look like the picture on the website.

It was roaches when we first entered directly in the middle of the floor and in the bathroom. The bathroom had hair in it and stains onto he counter.
Absolutely Nothing! The facility was very dirty. Bugs were in each room and I had to change one of the rooms.
The property was false advertisement. Very harsh and poor conditions. We drove 3hrs to celebrate the holiday and ended up in a slum. The rooms were poorly unkept with dirty floors broken doors and bugs were in each room. I couldn’t afford to leave after spend $896.00 to vacation over the July 4th weekend.

The front desk gentleman named umfort was professional helpful and friendly.
He made our stay very comfortable.
The rom and area
The staff was very rude the house keep was nasty and told lies and the manager tall black slim really dark was so rude when she approached me I had no idea wat she was referring to but instead of listening to me or my concern she brushed me off nd told me to leave she wouldn't rent to me I was so calm even though she was extremely rude I'd wouldn't stay here or recommend it to anyone the rooms are ok but the staff are to much nd rude
The location and the price
The rooms are old .the sockets where broken ,the bathroom sink was broken the wall paint was chipping off onto the floor and the ac didn't work
Dead bugs on floor some crawling. Table no chairs. Phone did not work to call front desk. Elevator did not work. Room door and bathroom door stuck so much extremely hard to open and close. Many of the plugs did not work cause they were too loose to hold the plug in and work. All the cabinets were very beat up looking.
It was 120.00.
The room was relatively clean and did its purpose for 1 night. The toilet seat wasn't attached and made for a comically annoying moment. The music and smell of weed coming from outside well until after the noise ordinance kept me up. Dripping tub, Old cabinets and appliances. Cookware, cups, and plates are an additional charge..... For extended maybe ok 🤷♀️ for a night spend the extra $$ go somewhere else.
