Like staff members polite and well prepared
Would like to pay 1395 a month instead of 2300 smh it’s on the advertising but hopefully soon till I can move into permanent home
I felt very unsafe many people hanging around outside smoking dope . Not in the best location in town !
The location
The room was dusty, wasn’t clean. The neighbors made a lot of noise all night long. Dogs were barking all night. There were huge bugs crawling around

When we walked in the carpet was dirty and when we got to our room the air conditioning wasn’t working at all . The walls were dirty and my feet were dirty from the floor.

Location
People sleeping in the parking lot wasn’t that clean nothing to roll your luggage out with the first room we had didn’t have a door to the bathroom had to change rooms also they need to exterminate the place has roaches
Toilet was not secured to the floor, cabinet doors were separating at the bottom, hole in the wall across from the toilet.
Dog barking in the hallway sometime around midnight and people in the room above was yelling and ranting!
This place is one step above tent camping.
Do not waste your money!!!

The AC worked really good.
The microwave was dirty. There was no do to the bathroom. The refrigerator needed cleaning. The hallways stink.

No room service had to pay if you want bedding also towels and cookware no working carts to load your belongings, people camping in the parking lot, outside has trash someone even defecated in the stairway just nasty

The beds were not made and we struggled to get the door open we had to hit again it real hard and the stuff wasn’t answer the phone water bugs and loud dogs just barking all night
