Can’t beat northern hospitality can you!
Pros:

Great place literally straight off the M62. Cool staff, very clean and tidy rooms and bathrooms. Substantial brekkie in the morning. Can’t beat northern hospitality

A super hotel....
Pros:

Easy to find. Friendly welcome. Quick and clear reception. Tidy and clean. Comfortable rooms. Great shower. Firm mattress. Spacious lobby and bar area. Super breakfast - really great selection and good quality.

Cons:

Paying to park. What? Doesn't insure my car so why add it. Just put it in the room price and I'd not notice?!

Have a local beer in the bar? So many great local breweries.

Pros:

Staff very friendly and helpful. Helped us book a taxi and took into account my.food intolerance.

Cons:

Only.negative was our room was next to cleaning staff closet. So woken up early.with radios, banging etc. Everything else was great.

Nice, clean hotel. Staff were friendly. Room had everything needed for a short stay.
Pros:

Nice and clean all round. Have a bar/ restaurant, but only used for breakfast.

Cons:

I don’t particularly like buffet style breakfast, options were ok. Didn’t like the fact you could only get tea/coffee from machine. Especially as I can only take decaf, so could not get a decaf cappuccino as my preferred choice. They had a barista coffee machine at bar, so feel staff should have made a decaf cappuccino instead of just saying you have to have hot drink from machine.

Clean and relaxed
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and tidy. Comfortable and quiet despite it being a busy Saturday evening. Staff were lovely and polite , a lovely relaxed stay

Cons:

Only one thing I could fault was the gym equipment - odd weights made it difficult for a workout

Overall a pleasant stay.
Pros:

Good location. Nice size rooms and facilities on site ok aka the restaurant and bar area.

Cons:

Charges for car park. I have stayed before and never had to pay for parking. No air con for a 4 star hotel that’s poor in this day and age not to have air con. Staff rude and challenging no leniency for additional half an hour or up to an hour stay. Most 4 star hotels have always allowed the extra stay and never charged for it.

A very enjoyable stay. I intend to stay again especially with the tie to The Piece Hall.
Pros:

Grounds and area well tended and looked after.
The staff were very helpful, polite with fabulous customer facing relations.
They made me feel very welcome and resolved any issues quickly and professionally.
