I was very happy with the room. I have stayed at Cedar Court before and now know which floor I would like to stay on in the future. Comfortable bed with clean linen. A good choice of breakfast alternatives.
Minor complaint tbh. As a paying guest staying for longer than one night. I think parking should be free as there is a car park with ample spaces. I'm guessing they have their reasons but it feels a little bit stingy. Perhaps, the parking charge should be absorbed in the guests bill. It feels a little inconvenient after a four hour journey that I had to input my car details into a parking ticket machine on arrival.
Great hotel in ideal location with excellent facilities. The hotel is very smart and clean with plenty of parking, located just off the M62 with easy access to several nice towns and cities. All The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The self check in and out was really easy and hassle free. The room was clean and tidy and the bed was comfy so a great night sleep. Didn't have an evening meal in the restaurant but did really enjoy the very good breakfast which gave a large and delicious choice of hot and cold food and drinks. Overall the stay was brilliant and would definitely recommend to anyone. A big thanks to all the staff.
