We travel twice each year to NC, and the Louisville site met the high standards of Drury Lafayette.
Pros:

STAFF: We checked in at about 7:00 p.m. Jesmine was wonderful in checking us in, described activity times, breakfast, checkout, etc. The woman in charge in making sure the breakfast was top notch. I have to have gluten free foods. She did the best she could considering the food items available. Everyone was friendly and joyful, e.g. Sparkle for checkout (think that was her name) and the manager, when I relayed all, I just mentioned.

Cons:

We specifically sought out a Drury Inn and Hotel because of the outstanding experience at the Drury Holets in Lafayette on the way down to NC. They even had many selections for gluten free foods. On our return to IL, we sought out a Drury Hotel that suited our time schedule and close location to the Instate locations. While the staff was just as good, there was almost no gluten free food options available. And the rooms were fine but quite dated versus Lafayette.

Pros:

Staff was wonderful DJ was so nice to an old tired lady

Cons:

I know this is crazy but thought I was being watched. Just uneasy in my room. Night meal was ok but breakfast was very good. All in all just too expensive

Everything! This is the only hotel I stay at as long as there is one where I’m staying. The kickback at night was awesome and delicious!

Just a one night stay coming home but it was very nice.

Excellent hotel and No doubt will stay again!
Pros:

This hotel is clean, great atmosphere and staff is very friendly. Everyone spoke and made the trip easy and comfortable after! Safe area, and rooms are well prepared for needs of the guest.

Would have been great with the pools up and running.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We specifically pick hotels with hot tubs and pools so we can swim and enjoy the down time and the swim facilities were out of order during our entire stay. It was very disappointing to me and especially to my child that was mostly looking forward to swimming.

Good, great dinner and bed was comfy. But that lavatory was just awful!

Cons:

The tiny little toilet meant for extremely short people or little kids! Are you kidding me? I am elderly and a normal toilet is a challenge without grab bars but that thing was a torture device!
