Es war ausreichend, aber ich würde dort nicht mehr übernachten.
Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich im Zentrum von Nizza in der Nähe einer U-Bahn Station. Die Lage ist auch der größte Pluspunkt. Von außen und auch im Erdgeschoss, mit dem breiten Treppenaufgang zur ersten Etage, wirkt des Hotel sehr elegant.

Cons:

Die Einrichtungsgegenstände und Möbel passen leider gar nicht zu dem eleganten und historischen Stil vom Gebäude. Sie wirken sehr billig und lieblos aufgestellt. Ich war total überrascht, dass die Zimmer so klein sind, denn anhand der Fotos hatte ich erwartet, dass sie mindestens 4-mal größer sind. Auf den Fotos ist ein Balkon zu sehen, aber im Zimmer gab es keinen Balkon. Es gab auch keinen Schrank, sondern nur ein billiges Regal, dass irgendwie in das kleine Zimmer gequetscht wurde. Für Gäste die lediglich 2-3 Nächte bleiben, mag das ausreichen, aber nicht, wenn ich über eine Woche da bin und den Koffer komplett auspacken möchte. Eine Katastrophe ist das Frühstück. Ich war nur einmal dort und bin die anderen Tage zu einem Bäcker gegangen. Der Speiseraum ist sehr klein, ungefähr 16 Quadratmeter, in dem alle Gäste einen Platz finden müssen. Auch hier eine eher billige Einrichtung, die nicht zu dem äußeren Bild vom Gebäude passt. Es gab lediglich eine einzige Mitarbeiterin, die alles alleine macht. Speisen zubereiten, abräumen, Spülmaschine bedienen. Aufgrund der Arbeit an der Spülmaschine, war ihre Arbeitskleidung total ungepflegt. Die Auswahl an Speisen war eher gering. Eier müssen von den Gästen selbst in einem Wasserbad gekocht werden. Im Prinzip ist die Idee gut, aber leider total unpraktisch. Auch den Orangensaft müssen die Gäste selbst pressen, wodurch anschließend die Hände total klebrig sind. Ich hatte eigentlich erwartet, dass es möglich ist draußen zu essen, aber dort ist ein Parkplatz. Das Wasser im Waschbecken lief nicht ab. Da das Zimmer jeden Tag gereinigt wurde, auch besagtes Waschbecken, muss sowas doch auffallen. Ich fand auch nicht gut, dass bereits früh ab 8 Uhr auf dem Flur mit dem Staubsauger gearbeitet und Krach gemacht wurde. In einem Tagungshotel, wo die Gäste zeitig abreisen mag das in Ordnung sein, aber nicht wenn hauptsächlich Urlauber da sind.

The hotel is excellently located, 5 minutes walk from the tram to the airport and about 15 minutes walk to the promenade in one direction and the train station in the other. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was good. We had a top floor room with a terrace which was a good size and comfortable.

Pros:

Centralt beläget, bra frukost. Härligt att själv få pressa apelsiner till frukostjuicen. Vänlig personal!

La habitación era cómoda,con una cama grande y cómoda,con luz,enchufes cerca de la misma.con ventana al exterior.con cafetera express en la habitación y reponían las capsulas de café todos los días. Un lindo gesto que supimos aprovechar.
Me gustó la ubicación,cerca de todo. Ideal para moverse caminando o transporte público cercano

El baño un poco justo. Pero con bañera y ducha con buena presión de agua. No tiene bidet.
Tiene una ventana al exterior.
