Pros:

Отличное расположение: Практически всё в пешей доступности — буквально за 10 минут можно дойти и до моря, и до Старого города, и до центральной улицы. Хотя отель находится не на первой линии среди фешенебельных отелей, добираться везде очень удобно.
Цена: На момент бронирования это было самое выгодное предложение по стоимости в Ницце.
Парковка рядом: Собственный дворик у отеля совсем маленький (буквально на 4–5 машин) и места там быстро разбирают, но отель заранее предупредил об этом и предоставил скидку 10% на соседнем подземном/партнёрском паркинге.

Cons:

Шумоизоляция и лифт: Номер достался прямо рядом с лифтом — шумоизоляции нет вообще. Складывалось ощущение, что лифт открывается прямо в комнате, двери также пропускают весь шум из коридора. Ночью нормально поспать невозможно, когда кто-то из гостей приезжает или ходит по этажу.
Тесный номер и ванная: Комната очень маленькая (около 14 кв. м). Ванная комната и душевая кабинка крайне тесные — развернуться и нормально принять душ действительно неудобно.
Скромные завтраки: Завтрак очень минималистичный и бедный на выбор по сравнению с другими отелями (кусочек колбасы, сыр). Готовых варёных яиц или омлета нет — стоит аппарат, где нужно самому варить яйца и ждать около 10 минут, пока они приготовятся, а потом ещё ждёшь, пока остынут. Позавтракать быстро на скорую руку точно не получится.

Pros:

Posizione abbastanza comoda con il centro storico e la via commerciale, entrambi raggiungibili a piedi. Personale disponibile nel risolvere un problema serio.

Cons:

La qualità della camera. A quasi 200€ a notte non è concepibile avere muri con segni che sembrano muffa o simile. Moquet ai pavimenti con odore di chiuso. Acqua disponibile in bottiglie riempite, dall'odore, quasi sicuramente con acqua di rubinetto. Apprezzabile il cambio camera e una colazione offerta, ma non è concepibile una camera come quella proposta a quel prezzo. Si deve intervenire prima di offrirla a qualcuno.

Cons:

L’insonorisation, les murs sont trop fins et laissent trop passer le bruit des voisins. Même si les voisins parlent normalement ils sont comme dans notre chambre. Insupportable, dommage
