I was due a comp room due to a disturbance during a prior visit wherein the fire allow was on from 9pm to 2am. Hopefully you have a log confirming to. A manager was to comp my next visit. When I arrived on 20 May there was nothing on file. Therefore, I had an unexpected bill over $300. Immanuel or Emanuel from reservations assured me there would be no problem at check. I feel as though I was scammed by him.
I frequently stay at this hotel do I am very disappointed in my recent stay.
Good location
I tried to check in at 11am they said check later and we will have something. I came back at 3:30 and they told me housekeeping was still inspecting the room I was livid! Dropped my suitcase off at the front desk and went to go get the rest of my stuff and the room magically became available. In addition the room had a smell, and when I turned on the heater, it began to smoke and set off the smoke alarm. I told the front desk twice and nothing was done. I’ve informed the bar manager who got Man who got someone in there and they had to replace the entire unit. In addition I was unaware breakfast was not provided. I was not impressed with this courtyard by Marriott and will not stay with them ever again.

Cons. Ant trail from AC unit to glass on desk, so ants on carpet. Candy wrappers on carpet from previous guest. Pot hole big enough to lose a tire.
Pros. Location right south of DC. Price is half of Arlington. Silver Dollar Diner 10 min walk.
Understand facility fraying at corners as massive use of youth sports teams.
