Good place to stay
Pros:

The room was very pretty, with wooden floors and a high ceiling. The breakfast was also a highlight, lots to choose from and tasty. The subway and tram are very close but it's not loud or anything and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a really nice stay there.

Cons:

¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯ nah it was all fine.

A charming, authentic hotel with spotless rooms and wonderful staff — a great choice in Vienna.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel has a lot of authentic Viennese character and charm, and it’s spotlessly clean throughout. The staff were absolutely lovely — friendly, helpful, and attentive from check-in to check-out. The location was convenient and the rooms were comfortable and well kept. We’d happily return.

Cons:

Honestly very little. Our only small suggestion would be to offer a few more pork-free options at breakfast, which would make the morning buffet more inclusive for guests with different dietary preferences.

Beautiful hotel with very helpful staff
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful and my room was amazing. The location depends on where you want to be in Vienna. I was attending a performance at the Konzerthaus and Karlskirche so it was perfect for me.

Cons:

I left a note for the room cleaning staff asking for decaff coffee and they only left caff coffee and did not refill the herbal tea, so I lacked coffee facilities in the room. At breakfast the decaff was not clearly marked and I had to ask for some.
