ホテルとは言い難いレベル
Pros:

中央駅から一駅、出口からすぐのところにある。近隣の環境も比較的落ち着いている。

Cons:

カードキーではなく、金属の塊のキーホルダーで鍵穴に刺すタイプの鍵のため、鍵を外出時に持ち歩くことは困難です(おそらく300グラムくらいある)持ち歩けない重さなのでフロントに預けるのですが、フロントスタッフは客の顔を覚えていないし、名前をシステムで確認もしないのに、客が言った部屋番号の鍵を渡してしまうという…これだと他の客が私の部屋に入る可能性も充分考えられます。

また、出かける際も中国人のフロントスタッフはニコリともせず、不機嫌な様子で非常に気分が悪かったです

Pros:

Wir waren auf der Suche nach einer unkomplizierten Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in der Nähe der TU. Unsere Erwartungen wurden dabei übertroffen. Die Zimmer waren außergewöhnlich ruhig, was in Wien selten der Fall ist. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das gesamte Ambiente im Johann-Strauss-Stil war stimmig und neuwertig.

Cons:

Dass das Frühstück doch relativ teuer ist. Wir bräuchten zum Beispiel nur Kaffee und ein Gebäck, kein Buffet.

Hotel w centrum. Wygodny i czysty pokój. Pomoc przy parkowaniu.

Cons:

Parking bardzo drogi. Z oferty wynikało, że opłata jest w cenie. Na miejscu okazało się że wymaga osobnej opłaty.
Dość przeciętne śniadanie z zimnymi paròwkami…

Tolles Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Sehr, sehr nettes Personal. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und stilvoll-gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Bett inklusive der Matratze und der Kissen waren super, so dass ich sehr gut schlafen konnte. Sehr vielfältiges Frühstück von frischem Obst, über eine große Auswahl an Aufschnitt und Brotaufstrichen bis hin zu frisch zubereitetem Rührei. Sehr guter Kaffee. Sehr gute Lage, so dass ich zu Fuß schnell bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten wie dem Naschmarkt war. U-Bahn und Straßenbahn fast direkt vor dem Hotel.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war etwas hellhörig, so dass ich die anderen Gäste im Hausflur und am Fahrstuhl gehört habe und morgens dadurch mehrfach geworden bin.

Alles war von Anfang an wunderbar – vom freundlichen Empfang und den hilfreichen Tipps an der Rezeption bis hin zum Einchecken in ein tolles Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und allem, was man braucht. Die Lage ist hervorragend, die Gegend sehr angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

Parfait! A refaire!
Pros:

L’accueil du personnel est absolument exceptionnel! Bien que nous soyons arrivées très tôt, ils ont pu très rapidement nous donner une chambre. Quelle délicatesse!! La chambre est très propre, les lits confortables, la climatisons parfaite. Mini bar bien garni. Nous avons aimé la thématique Strauss de l’hôtel. On se sent à Vienne dès notre arrivée!
