Important information:

The hotel is wheelchair accessible and provides reserved parking spaces at the front of the hotel.

A valid credit or debit card is required upon arrival in order to check in. Please note that the hotel does not accept prepaid credit cards or cash upon arrival. Pre-authorization will be requested to be debited from your credit card upon check in. This is a pre-authorization only. No funds are captured until check out. Should you wish to pay with debit card, full payment is required upon arrival.

The health club opening hours are as follow:

- Monday to Friday: 06:00 until 22:00
- Weekends and Bank Holidays: 08:00 until 20:00

Access to the pool area for children is restricted to 09:00 until 18:00 daily.

Children’s swimming pool times are extended to 19:00 during holiday periods. (Please call the health club for further details).

All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied in the pool by an adult at all times.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Good Hotel but a Little Tired.
Pros:

Nice big room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed. The hotel was good but a little tired, needs some maintenance and updating.

On-site parking. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was excellent. Very comfortable bed, amazing shower. We couldn't get our TV to work. I phoned Reception, a man came within a few minutes and fixed the problem. Flat remote batteries!. The health club staff were just as friendly and helpful. The pool area was immaculate, There were only about 8 of us using all the facilities. The hydro pool was wonderful. We had a drink at the bar by the river, lovely view. I would definitely recommend The Kingsley.

I had to go home.

The staff! Literally everyone working in the hotel couldnt have been nicer , accommodating and super helpful, we were really lucky with the nice weather it has a beautiful outdoor area with a lovely walkway , we had lunch and dinner at the hotel and couldnt fault any of it

Very expensive even without breakfast, went to check in at 2.56 and told we couldn’t check in until 3 and room were only started to be ready at 3, so we can start checking out at 12 the next day ??

Pros:

Wonderful facilities in a magic location! Walked along the river, followed by some time in the indoor and outdoor pool! Then back to a super comfortable room for a great night of sleep.
