A valid credit or debit card is required upon arrival in order to check in. Please note that the hotel does not accept prepaid credit cards or cash upon arrival. Pre-authorization will be requested to be debited from your credit card upon check in. This is a pre-authorization only. No funds are captured until check out. Should you wish to pay with debit card, full payment is required upon arrival.
The health club opening hours are as follow:
- Monday to Friday: 06:00 until 22:00
- Weekends and Bank Holidays: 08:00 until 20:00
Access to the pool area for children is restricted to 09:00 until 18:00 daily.
Children’s swimming pool times are extended to 19:00 during holiday periods. (Please call the health club for further details).
All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied in the pool by an adult at all times.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Food in full restaurant was not a diverse as the pub but you can access that menu.
I absolutely loved the location, how the hotel looked and especially the rooms and request options! It’s a fantastic and beautiful hotel
There was nothing I didn’t like
Beautiful hotel, great location with scenic views of the river, comfortable beds, wonderful spa, incredible breakfast. Overall a very nice experience and a good value for money. Also they had free parking for our rental car which was a nice bonus.

When I ordered food they had forgotten my order after an hour. They didn’t charge me for it though. Would go back though 100%.

Everything. I wad early and as my room wasn't available, the staff allowed me to leave my bags while I went to the function I was in Cork for. When I returned later that night, I had been upgraded to the presidential suite at no additional cost.
Nothing. Everything was perfect.
The room was very nice and clean, confortable and we spent a great evening, we had a quick bite at the bar and enjoyed the food, there is a path / trail in the back that goes all the way to town and we did it all, so convinient and wonderful path, in the morning there is a café we had some delicious pastry and lattes and beautiful launch area. We only spent one night but it was perfect for us.
We had dinner one night in the restaurant and both our meals were wonderful. Breakfast is amazing with lots of choice. The hot plates were always topped up and you could even order some nice dishes from a menu.
This is a fabulous hotel.The staff are so kind and friendly.Its in a great location.Would highly recommend it.
