The hotel is wheelchair accessible and provides reserved parking spaces at the front of the hotel.
A valid credit or debit card is required upon arrival in order to check in. Please note that the hotel does not accept prepaid credit cards or cash upon arrival. Pre-authorization will be requested to be debited from your credit card upon check in. This is a pre-authorization only. No funds are captured until check out. Should you wish to pay with debit card, full payment is required upon arrival.
The health club opening hours are as follow:
- Monday to Friday: 06:00 until 22:00
- Weekends and Bank Holidays: 08:00 until 20:00
Access to the pool area for children is restricted to 09:00 until 18:00 daily.
Children’s swimming pool times are extended to 19:00 during holiday periods. (Please call the health club for further details).
All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied in the pool by an adult at all times.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Convenient parking
Even though the bathroom was spectacular there was no shelf to put my make up or my husband shaving gear.
The staff were really helpful.
The hotel was kept to a really good standard throughout.
The requested travel cot was set up in our room and ready without having to wait.
The pastries in the coffee cart were amazing.
The river view was lovely.
The only thing was the children's pool hours. It would be nice if they were a little longer, but this didn't impact our stay or change our opinions of the hotel in any way.

The evening meal was very disappointing. Both the dishes we had were unappetising and gave the impression of having been plated in advance and kept warm for too long.

I didn’t like the large tray surcharge on room service
The hotel was gorgeous. Very spacious room with a dressing table separate to the room which was ideal. The outdoor pool was my personal favourite
The spa experience itself wasn’t my favourite. €40 for guests is quite expensive for guests in the hotel for what you get.

Everything is amazing. The staff are exceptional. They must have very good training because they truly go out of their way to make your stay pleasant.
Nothing. Be sure to have the breakfast. I think it is the best I’ve ever had! A special treat is the honeycomb, I’ve never had that before, what a treat!
