Well worth staying here Definitely recommend
Pros:

Conveniently located Reasonably priced The hotel was spotless clean so well done to the housekeeping staff. Reception staff were so pleasant and helpful, especially Diana and in particular Menno. The included breakfast was also really good. All the staff that were on were just so nice.
All in all a be lovely stay and highly recommend

Cons:

The lift was broken during my stay, which was very inconvenient. The breakfast was also disappointing. The scrambled eggs lacked flavor and texture, while the vegetarian sausages were bland and undercooked. The breakfast service window should be extended, and there should be a wider variety of options available, as the selection was very limited and not particularly enjoyable.

The television in my room was broken for the entire duration of my stay. Although staff repeatedly promised that it would be repaired, no one ever came to fix it. This was extremely disappointing and added to an already unsatisfactory experience.

Hôtel propre, photos conformes à la réalité, chambre spacieuse, personne super gentil et serviable. Des personnes agréables que ce soit à la réception ou les personnes s'occupant du petit déjeuner. 2 ligne de métro à 5min a pied ce qui est très appréciable.

Cons:

Pas de mini frigo dans les chambres, quand on a un enfant en bas âge c'est nécessaire, plutôt que d'aller constamment a la réception demander à mettre ou récupérer la nourriture de bébé.

Pros:

Tutto perfetto. Hotel pulito organizzato e con una vasta e variegata scelta per la colazione. Hammersmith è una zona carina e comunque l'albergo è collegato benissimo, a 5 minuti dalla metro che ti porta ovunque.

Decent quality hotel in central location.
Pros:

Standard Holiday Inn Express fair so you know what to expect in each bedroom. Beds are comfortable and having a small sofa is useful. We use this place as a base when attending concerts at the Hammersmith Apollo.

Cons:

The price - whilst breakfast is included the accommodation cost is high for what you get. However this is London.

Localização boa, próximo de duas estações de underground e com várias lojas e supermercados próximos. O café da manhã é bom. Funcionários bastante educados e disponíveis. No último dia saímos antes do início do café da manhã mas nos foi oferecido para tomar o café mesmo assim.

Cons:

O quarto, para 4 pessoas é muito pequeno.
