Excellent location and very nice staff.
Pros:

The location.
The staff were very nice and always helpful.

Cons:

Rather pricey but I guess that is expected in Central London.
Breakfast was nice but would have loved some english cheddar!
A mini fridge in the room would have been useful.

Well located serene hotel.
Pros:

Generally nice staff. Very good breakfast. Serene.

Cons:

There was a safety drill which was normal in a facility like this. However, the safety officer did not brief the gathering what it was all about. Some of the guests may not have experienced this before as such the need for explanation. The time response to the alarm, should have been stated so that everyone will know how we all performed and will take that for future reference.

Good for a short stay only
Pros:

Clean, comfortable and great location in Hammersmith, which is on the Piccadilly line going direct to Heathrow. Good breakfast too. Good for a short stay, but that's all.

Cons:

No mini fridge, no safe and no workplace for computer in room. In fact, room was a little cramped. Also, no gym facilities. This all made it slightly overpriced despite its convenient location.

Great stay at this hotel
Pros:

Great place to stay. Short walk to tube and coach station with direct links that make exploring London easy. Room was basic but had everything we needed. Clean, with comfortable beds, soft towels and good toiletries. Breakfast was great. Good choice of hot and cold food to start the day. A definate bonus. Staff were helpful and an added plus was being able to store luggage even after checkout which made the last day of exploring stress free. Would stay here again on this experience and think it was over all great value. We were on the third floor at the back so it was quiet. Aircon was a blessing during theheatwave.

Cons:

Not much to dislike. Carpets in the dining room were a bit grubby in places. This is a basic hotel so don't expect fancy interiors. It does the job of value hotel very well and we had nothing much to dislike as a result.

Η ησυχία του δωματίου και το φιλικό προσωπικό.
Η καλή ταχύτητα του wifi.

Cons:

Δεν υπήρχε ψυγειο. Θα ήθελα να έχει βραστά αυγά στο πρωινό. Η πίεση του νερου του ντουζ ήταν μέτρια. Θα προτιμούσα περισσότερη πίεση νερού στο ντουζ.
