Very clean, pleasant staff, efficient, comfortable.
Pros:

The staff was very helpful. I left a favorite pillow and Amanda went the extra mile to find it from housekeeping and mail it back to me. That kind of customer service is to be commended.

Cons:

The breakfast stopped being restocked a bit early so there weren't things available well before the stated closing time
