Pros:

Sehr schönes modernes Hotel.
Zimmer war in Ordnung
Etwas bessere Reinigung wäre gut

Das Frühstück war nicht gut. Wenn aufgefüllt worden wäre, wäre es ok. Aber alles immer leer. Schade. Lange Wartezeit um Kaffee zu bekommen und sehr laut

Pros:

Tolle Lage, sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück war reichlich und lecker. Das Zimmer war gerade ausreichend groß, das Bett bequem und das Bad gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Die Geräusche vom Flur waren im Zimmer leider sehr deutlich zu hören. Es ist immer wieder schade, dass sich andere Gäste nicht an Ruhezeiten halten können und auch mitten in der Nacht Lärm machen. Der Parkplatz fürs Auto sollte im Übernachtungspreis inkludiert sein.

Muss nicht wieder sein.
Pros:

Der Check in und Out war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Handling an der Rezeption ging schnell. Schöner großer, kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

Cons:

Ich persönlich fand die Möblierung im Zimmer recht altbacken und nicht zeitgemäß. Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer war auch eher nur bedingt Zufriedenstellend. Badezimmer wie aus den 80ern ist Geschmackssache. Das Frühstück war befriedigend. Besteck und Tische eher DDR Style. Ist alles Geschmackssache. Mein Geschmack war es nun einmal nicht.

Sehr guter Treffpunkt für Familie, Freunde oder Geschäftspartner
Pros:

Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Lobby und Lounge gehen ineinander über, sind außergewöhnlich groß, bieten viele Bereiche und Möglichkeiten und sind wie die Hotelbar und die Rezeption jeden Tag rund um die Uhr geöffnet.

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war geräumig und die Betten gut.

Cons:

15 Euro für das Parken fand ich viel und der Frühstückraum war sehr laut. Das Rührei war nicht lecker, aber man hat trotzdem was gefunden und ist satt geworden.

An sich super, mit ein paar Einschränkungen
Pros:

Es war groß, geräumig, es gab ein vernünftiges Bad - auch für große Menschen, Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank liegen top, gute Geräuschdämmung! Personal zuvorkommend und immer hilfsbereit - Roomservice ließ auch keine Wünsche offen!

Cons:

Die Flecken auf der Couch, der Essgarnitur und den Kissen waren… gewöhnungsbedürftig, da gilt es nachzubessern.
