Great value and beautiful relaxing mornings on the balcony.
Pros:

Private balcony on the river. Comfortable bed. Clean room and excellent daily room service. Good coffee and free expansive breakfast.

I like that.The rooms seem recently updated new flooring, beautiful bathroom, nice little\nCoffee nook area , leading out to the balcony

Cons:

There was nothing much not too like ! what would have liked to be a little closer to town, though, was only a mile out.But with the Jeep invasion, we were stuck in traffic and too far to walk in the heat, but that is not the hotel's fault.It is a beautiful hotel

Overall we will be staying again in the future!
Pros:

The location on the river was perfect, especially for couples 💕 It was so peaceful being able to sit on the balcony and watch the river flow. The room and facilities was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The elevator went out for a day. The air condition unit made a lot of noise, but it was taken care of.

Get better front desk staff.
Pros:

The view was breathtaking; if anything, it's only worth it because of the view. The rooms were great; they were comfy and clean! Our house keeper rosa did an amazing job. It's close to Mooshine Coaster, which was a plus.

Cons:

All the good quickly changed with the front desk lady and the amenities. The pool reeks of chlorine and burned our eyes so badly that they had to be flushed out. When we first checked in, the front desk lady was very rude. She did not feel welcoming at all and would repeatedly tell us that we would be charged if there was any damage, which gave us a lot of anxiety during our stay. I completely understand, but we didn't need to be told 5 times. She mocked my sister's name and just seemed very annoyed while doing her job, making the check-in process almost 30 MIN!! That is the longest check-in I've ever had at a hotel. We Won't be coming back.
