He let us check in early which was greatly appreciated because we were exhausted
The breakfast selection definitely needed more options on the food and the drinks. But it was decent although we chose not to eat there
The hotel was filthy from the outside doors, to the carpet in the hallways, the bathroom in our room had hair in the tub and in the floor (a lot), the bathroom door was dirty. We used Lysol wipes to wipe down everything and the wipes were black from dirt. The hotel also had an unpleasant odor, we had to spray lot of Lysol. We only stayed because every hotel I called was booked and I couldn’t get a refund even if I would have found something else.
Lousy tasteless breakfast. Very few choices. You might want to bring your own pillows. Air conditioner works well but noisy.
Location was convenient to freeway
Floors, tub were dirty and discolored. Found hairs in the towels

In poor shape, disrepair, had to change rooms because A/C noise. Lacking amenities it used to have.

I really wanted to love this property and give it a 5 star rating. But there were some things that were lacking to make it 5 star. The room was very clean and quiet and I appreciate that. Everything was in working order. The lobby was very nice. However, the halls were dimly lit, the back door didn’t latch (safety issue) all of the exterior trash cans were overflowing and there was trash in the parking lot. Breakfast was so sad. Hours were 6 to 9 and I went in at 7:15. Powdered eggs were gone. Only white bread. No meat. Weak coffee. No fruit. The property is overpriced for the lack of pride in ownership. Hats off to housekeeping and the front desk staff. With a little more attention to detail the property would be worth the price.
Location was good; right off of the highway
The hotel needs updating. Front glass doors were broke. Room needs updating & did not have body wash, shampoo or conditioner.
