Just Good Location, but Poor & disappointment Hotel's policy, part of my family couldn't travel for healthy reasons, they called your Hotel's management ahead of time to cancel and explain the situation, but you didn't give any credit or refund at all, or try any apologies, or even change the dates or anything to make them feel comfortable, they didn't receive any support at all from you Hotel. if management would do anything about this issue, we would it come back here again, unfortunately this is the last time we will use your facility.

I recently stayed at Hotel Rosita in Puerto Vallarta and had such a great experience. The location is perfect — right on the Malecón and walking distance to so many restaurants, shops, and the beach. The views from the hotel are beautiful, especially during sunset.
The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout the stay, and the hotel had a charming, classic Mexican feel that made it feel authentic and relaxing. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the pool area was a nice place to unwind after exploring the city.
If you’re looking for a hotel with a great location, beautiful ocean views, and a more traditional Puerto Vallarta atmosphere, I definitely recommend Hotel Rosita. I would absolutely stay here again!
The hotel is a minute from the boardwalk and it's within Zona Romantica. Near to the beach, convenience store, restaurants, fast food, bars, and souvenir shops. Free buffet breakfast in the morning.
There's a road construction beside the hotel. Loud music at night til midnight so if you cannot sleep at night with loud music I highly suggest to wear earplugs or find hotel far from the bars.
I also didn't like the way how they clean the room. I will attached pictures of the condition of the room when I first arrived. There are hairs on the floor in the washroom, toilet is not properly clean, and the sheets of the bed has stains.

La habitación un tanto pequeña, el colchón y almohadas pueden mejorar, la puerta del baño con seguro hechizo.
La atención fue excelente.

El precio fue bastante accesible.
Lo recomendaría siempre.
Cuando venga a Puerto Vallarta esta será una excelente opción.
