Hotel reflects 3 star rating. Clean but basic.
Pros:

Comfortable bed. Fridge. How shower.
10 min walk to station and City centre 3 stops away. Supermarket next door.

Cons:

Parking is not free as street parking is impossible to find. Narrow back streets to find the hotel. Listing said courtyard/ terrace view, it was an unattractive view. See photo.
No iron, no kettle.

Chaos - miserable Lage
Pros:

Reichhaltigs Frühstück

Cons:

Meinem Kumpel, der mit mir im Hotel war, wurde zweimal versucht das Auto auf dem Hotelparkplatz zu stehlen. Von Seiten des Personals konnten keine entsprechenden Maßnahmen getroffen werden.

Man muss 15 Minuten bis zur nächsten Bahnstation gehen durch eine heruntergekommene Gegend.
Man fühlte sich außerhalb des Hotels sehr unsicher.

Mein Kumpel wurde in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels von einem Autofahrer, welcher fast sein Kind bei für Autofahrer roter Ampel überfahren hätte, bedroht.

Dieser Vorfall hat zwar nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun, aber zeigt in welcher heruntergekommenen Gegend sich das Hotel befindet.

Ich kann wirklich, gerade Familien, nur von diesem Hotel abraten.

Beim Frühstück musste das Personal mehrmals darauf hingewisen werden Besteck zu bringen und die Tische abzuwischen, da es offenbar unterbesetzt war.

Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln schlecht zu erreichen. Nur für Fuß-starke Menschen.

Hamburg gerne wieder
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut – man ist schnell mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in der Speicherstadt, am Hafen und in der Innenstadt. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Umgebung ist eher geschäftlich und nicht besonders charmant oder grün. Abends kann es etwas ruhig/ausgestorben wirken. Das Frühstück war okay, aber nicht herausragend für den Preis.
Das Zimmer war eher durchschnittlich und nur ok. Es gab einige kleinere Beanstandungen: Der Tresor hatte keinen Strom, der Klodeckel war locker, störend war der modrige Geruch im Zimmer.

Pros:

Nettes, aufmerksames Personal. Gute, bequeme Betten. Schallschutzfenster, dadurch ruhig. Umfassendes, gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Parkplatz, bzw. abgeschlossenes Parkdeck, auch für Fahrräder.

Cons:

Umgebung sehr "großstädtisch"...Penny-Markt, Straße, IC-Strecke, Baucontainer... Klimaanlage? Bei hohen Temperaturen müsste man dann die Fenster öffnen...? Für einen Städtetrip passt es. Würden das Hotel wieder buchen.

Die Zimmer hatten keine Klimaanlage, das war nicht so schön, weil das Hotel an einer Stadtautobahn liegt, kann man kein Fenster öffnen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren sehr warm.

Het ontbijt was goed !

Cons:

Meer ruimte bij het bed en toilet.
En de ligging is wel achteraf geen bus of tram dus een taxi nemen . En wat ik jammer vond savond in het hotel geen evenementen.

Schöne, saubere Zimmer und gutes Frühstück.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück, Zimmer war sauber.

Cons:

Randlage(zu weit in die Stadtmitte). Der Pennymarkt und die Geschäfte nebenan geben bis spät Abends eine ordentliche Geräuschkulisse ab. Keine Abluft im Bad. Deshalb löste der Betrieb des Föns meiner Frau den Brandalarm aus. Hier zeigte sich, dass das Personal überfordert war. Es dauerte für meine Begriffe zu lange, bis überhaupt jemand im Zimmer war. Dann ging die Person wieder weg und ein Mann versuchte nach einer gefühlten Ewigkeit den Rauchmelder auseinanderzubauen😳😳😳.
Ich war bislang der Meinung, dass die Rauchmelder in der Brandmeldeanlage (BMZ) auflaufen und von dort auch ausgeschaltet werden. Nachdem alle Kabel getrennt waren, hörte der Alarm endlich auf.

Pros:

Personal freundlich, hilfsbereit. Frühstück ist ausgiebig. Klimaanlage. Hamburg Card kaufen.

Cons:

Autobahn zu laut,Dusche ist unmöglich,nur seitlichen Eintritt möglich, Angst die Glas zubrechnen,weil die Toiletten 🚽 zu nah ist. Kein Plan für Bus oder S U Bahn.
