Отель расположен в очень удобной локации. Отель не новый, но есть свои преимущества, как наличие террасы с видом на море, где по утрам можно позавтракать, а вечером наслаждаться видом за чаем или кофе (его нам приносил очень учтивый молодой человек из Узбекистана, имя не спросила, к сожалению); удачная локация: примерно в 6 минутах до трамвайной остановки, с любителям ходить пешком, приме 25 минут до Эминоню. Завтраки неплохие, голодными не останетесь. На ресепшен Озгюр был любезен, отзывчив. Молодой человек на сервисе Онур тоже старался быть полезным: вынести или занести чемодан, если во время завтрака что-то из блюд заканчивалось, быстро выносил необходимое.

We had a wonderful stay at Artefes Hotel. The location is perfect, surrounded by beautiful, charming streets. The hotel has a warm and welcoming ambiance. The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a great variety of delicious food every morning. One of the highlights was the rooftop terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea. We would especially like to thank Jasur and Ilyas for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. They made us feel truly welcome. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul!

Lokalizacja i taras - rewelacja !!!
Pros:

Największy plus to lokalizacja, w samym sercu sultanahmet. Wszędzie blisko. Okolica hotelu jest bardzo przyjazna, ja jako kobieta z koleżankami nie bałam się chodzić w nocy po okolicy hotelu. Kolejny plus to taras z którego rozciąga się cudowny widok. Z jednej strony błękitny meczet, z kolejnej bosfor a z jeszcze kolejnej całe miasto. Widok jest piękniejszy niż na zdjęciach, a mam porównanie. To był mój trzeci raz w Stambule i wybieram hotele również ze względu na widok z tarasu. Oprócz tego jest gdzie posiedzieć, kanapy z poduchami, krzesła. Mozna sobie zaparzyć herbatkę, obserwując widoki. Pokój przestronny, czysty, wygodne łóżko. Śniadania były smaczne. Obsługa bardzo miła. Pan z recepcji pierwszego dnia tłumaczył co gdzie jest, co warto zobaczyć w mieście. Zorganizował nam transfer hotelowy.

Cons:

W pokoju nr 309 chyba nie działała klimatyzacja. Nie zgłaszaliśmy tego, bo mimomo że nasz pobyt był w lipcu, to temperatura w pokoju była w porządku. W pokoju koleżanek klimatyzacja działała bez zarzutu. Dobrze gdyby obsługa hotelu to sprawdziła. Drugi minus to suszarka. Przegrzewała się co 30 sekund i musiałam odczekać ok 3 min żeby znowu działała. Jest zdecydowanie stara i należałoby je wymienić, w drugim pokoju też tak było. Polecam zabrać swoją z domu. Poza tymi drobnymi minusami hotel jest warty odwiedzenia, przy kolejnych odwiedzinach Stambułu na pewno tutaj wrócę. Wszystkim serdecznie polecam.

la posizione è ottimale per raggiungere in pochi minuti la Moschea Blu, Santa Sofia, la Basilica Cisterna e il Topkapi, oltre ai moli per i traghetti. I ragazzi al desk, Ozgur e Ibrahim sono stati gentilissimi e competenti.
