Breve soggiorno a Firenze
Pros:

accogliente e comodo. Pulito. Personale cordiale e disponibile a fornire tutte le informazioni di cui in turista necessita. Colazione buona e abbondante. Il centro storico è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi così come lo stadio Franchi. Il quartiere dove è collocato è carino e ci sono anche diversi locali dove cenare piacevolmente.

Cons:

Nella stanza era presente un odore sgradevole di disinfettante, non abbiamo capito da cosa dipendesse, che non è andato via per tutta la permanenza (abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura una sola notte). Abbiamo chiesto al personale, ma non hanno saputo fornirci risposta e avendo la struttura piena non hanno potuto provvedere a cambiarci di stanza.

El trato en recepción fue el mejor que hemos recibido en 14 días que llevamos de vacaciones. Las chicas son muy agradables y simpáticas, además dispuestos a ayudar en todo. Y John, también muy bien!

Cons:

El baño, si fuese un poquito mas grande, solo un poco, estaría muy bien. Tampoco es para descartarlo, pero se agradecería. La cama para dos, un poco pequeña también. Eso si, el desayuno..muy muy flojo, podría volver al hotel, pero nunca al desayuno.
