Disponibilità dello staff

Cons:

Le camere non sono per niente insonorizzate e ti ritroverai a sentire qualunque rumore, come se fossi nelle stanze attigue. Bagno piccolissimo e senza finestra.

Climatisation en panne, prêt d'un ventilateur mais cela restait insuffisant vu la chaleur.

Très bien mais manque d'insonorisation
Pros:

Hôtel propre et bien équipé, les chambres sont assez spacieuses et il y a beaucoup de rangements pour les affaires.

Cons:

Pas très bien insonorisé.

Hôtel au calme et accueillant
Pros:

Un hôtel propre avec du personnel accueillant parlant français.
Emplacement calme pour l'hôtel à seulement 25 minutes à pied du centre de Florence.
Literie confortable, chambre spacieuse.
Le petit truc en plus qui fait la différence : la bouteille de Chianti offerte le jour de mon anniversaire que la réceptionniste avait dû remarquer la veille lors de notre arrivée ! Encore merci pour cette attention !

Zimmer am Aufzugsschacht ist eine Zumutung
Pros:

Das Frühstück war für den Preis in Ordnung. Es wurde auf einen guten Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe hingewiesen.

Cons:

Das Rührei hätte nochmal aufgefüllt werden können, da auch noch neue Leute zum Frühstück kamen.
Wir hatten ein sehr kleines Zimmer mit winzigem Bad, direkt am Aufzugsschacht. Das ist ein No Go, bis spät in die Nacht und ab 5 Uhr morgens hat man ständig den Aufzug fahren und quietschen gehört - das Zimmer war daher eher wie eine Abstellkammer. Das Bett war zudem extrem hart. Die Beschreibungen auf Booking deuten in keiner Weise auf Zimmer am Aufzug hin.

It was a nice overall stay, just that had to walk a bit every time to reach the main places for transportation.
Pros:

Hospitable and helpful staff and cleanliness.

Cons:

It was too expensive given the size of the rooms and the location could have been better.

Hotel bien ubicado, excelente desayuno y buena atención
Pros:

Nos recibieron muy bien, el hotel estaba a solo 20 min del centro histórico, todos los días caminamos sin ningún problema. Nos dieron un mapa con recomendaciones lo cual nos ayudó harto.
Con respecto a la habitación, luminosa y cómoda, con aire acondicionado.
Los desayunos con mucha variedad, todo fresco y rico.

Cons:

La habitación era muy pequeña y costana abrir las maletas. Además tenía poca aislación de ruido y se escuchaba las conversaciones o ruido de la calle y otras habitaciones.

Only book if you don’t have any other options, be prepared to tiptoe around the room
Pros:

We were provided with early checkin. Breakfast spread was decent and the staff was good and helpful.

Cons:

The room was uncomfortably small. (We had booked a small double room.) I constantly kept hurting myself on corners because there was no room to even move around. There’s a lot of unnecessary furniture in the room which adds no value to the guests. The bathroom was horribly small too with a very weird swinging door which was again taking up all of the space. The AC did not work and we had to sleep the first night sweating. After notifying the staff one the second morning, they provided a portable cooler which again took up space which we were not at all happy about
