Pros:

Lo staff è stato gentile ed accogliente.
Ci ha aiutato con la prenotazione del.biglietto online per palazzo Pitti.
Camera pulitissima, colazione molto buona e abbondante con grande scelta di dolci e salati.
La posizione è ottima perché in 20 minuti si raggiungono tutti i punti di interesse a piedi.

Hotel excelente para visitar Florencia.
Pros:

El personal de recepción muy amable y simpático. Las habitaciones amplias y limpias. Las camas muy cómodas.
El desayuno es excelente. Pasamos una noche y nos dejaron aparcar justo enfrente del hotel de manera gratuita.
Está a dos pasos de Borgo la Croce, una zona con mucho ambiente. A unos 15 minutos de todo jaleo turístico, así que la zona es ideal para visitar Florencia.

Cons:

Nos gustó todo.

Pros:

La amabilidad del personal del hotel: nos colaboró todo el tiempo; realmente, muy especiales. Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y cómodas. Un desayuno delicioso y variado. La ubicación nos facilitó visitar lugares emblemáticos de la ciudad. Con seguridad volveremos. Muy recomendable.
