מקום יפיפה , חדרים יפים ונוף משגע של האגם והאיים , בריכה חיצונית יפה אך קטנה.

Cons:

לא יצאו לעזור עם המזוודות , ואין בריכה מקורה (יש ג׳קוזי) .

Pros:

L'hôtel est magnifique, le personnel très sympathique et très souriant. La chambre était super jolie avec vue sur le parc. Nous avons adoré notre séjour, merci beaucoup. Le petit-déjeuner est incroyable, vraiment fantastique, jus d'orange frais et tout ce qu'on peut désirer!

Pros:

Personal sehr zuvorkommend.
Buchung anderer Dienste wie Boot war sehr gut.

Cons:

Zimmer hatte schlecht schliessende Türe.
Bei Buchung war bei Empfang auch deutsche vermerkt. Konnte aber niemand deutsch.
Uns wurde ein Zimmer angeboten, welches nicht den Bildern und wünsche entsprechend war.

Nice view but average hotel

Location and view

Cons:

This is by no means a five star luxury place

Besides the view the rest is average. Fake antique on the walls, small rooms, restaurant was decent but not up to 5star standard, my room has AC noise all night

Oh and the hotel has no KING size beds unless you are ina. Suite.
Otherwise It’s just two single beds patched together

Hôtel MAGNIFIQUE « Relais & Chateaux », accueil parfait, qualité du petit déjeuner superbe. Expérience à vivre.
Pros:

Cadre et bâtiment exceptionnels, hôtel historique. Chambre magnifique, et très bien équipée. Jardin superbe avec vue sur le lac d’Orta. Personnel très avenant et professionnel. Parking sécurisé. Charge électrique du véhicule proposée gracieusement. Petit déjeuner buffet très bien présenté et qualitatif. Vraiment MAGNIFIQUE.
Restaurant 3* Michelin dans l hôtel, non essayé (Fermé lundi et mardi)

Pros:

Room and hotel are beautiful. Front desk staff excellent. Beautiful spa facilities.

Cons:

Service at meals was poor. Long wait between courses (45 minutes). Had to order coffee three times. Concierge hopeless. Recommend you book a dinner table well in advance.

Pros:

la vue et la localisation sont incroyable. La salle où l'on prend le petit déjeuner magnifique.

Cons:

Les chambres sont assez old school et nous avons eu un gros souci de climatisation la première nuit.

Cons:

chambre petite et manque d'éléments de confort : pour une chambre "luxe", pas de cafetière, pas de bouilloire, pas de place dans la salle de bain, (obligé de demander une petite table pour poser les trousses de toilette), pas assez de rangements (1 seule armoire) et la place pour mettre une seule valise.

Excellent accueil et service, bel hôtel, spa agréable, chargeur voiture électrique, excellent petit déjeuner et bravo pour le restaurant. La vue est superbe. Navettes vers Stresa.

Salle d’eau trop petite, et baignoire qui gagnerait à devenir une douche. Route devant l’établissement à l’instar de la majorité des établissements.Traversée sensible de route vers le jardin du bord du lac

Nous étions dans les chambres qui étaient collées à l’hôtel le seul bémol c’est l’isolation… nous entendons absolument tout, assez dommage quand on est dans un cadre aussi idyllique.
