Hôtel MAGNIFIQUE « Relais & Chateaux », accueil parfait, qualité du petit déjeuner superbe. Expérience à vivre.
Pros:

Cadre et bâtiment exceptionnels, hôtel historique. Chambre magnifique, et très bien équipée. Jardin superbe avec vue sur le lac d’Orta. Personnel très avenant et professionnel. Parking sécurisé. Charge électrique du véhicule proposée gracieusement. Petit déjeuner buffet très bien présenté et qualitatif. Vraiment MAGNIFIQUE.
Restaurant 3* Michelin dans l hôtel, non essayé (Fermé lundi et mardi)

Pros:

Room and hotel are beautiful. Front desk staff excellent. Beautiful spa facilities.

Cons:

Service at meals was poor. Long wait between courses (45 minutes). Had to order coffee three times. Concierge hopeless. Recommend you book a dinner table well in advance.

qualité du service, petit déjeuner, efficacité et gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

chambre petite et manque d'éléments de confort : pour une chambre "luxe", pas de cafetière, pas de bouilloire, pas de place dans la salle de bain, (obligé de demander une petite table pour poser les trousses de toilette), pas assez de rangements (1 seule armoire) et la place pour mettre une seule valise.

la vue et la localisation sont incroyable. La salle où l'on prend le petit déjeuner magnifique.

Cons:

Les chambres sont assez old school et nous avons eu un gros souci de climatisation la première nuit.

Excellent accueil et service, bel hôtel, spa agréable, chargeur voiture électrique, excellent petit déjeuner et bravo pour le restaurant. La vue est superbe. Navettes vers Stresa.

Cons:

Salle d’eau trop petite, et baignoire qui gagnerait à devenir une douche. Route devant l’établissement à l’instar de la majorité des établissements.Traversée sensible de route vers le jardin du bord du lac

Nous étions dans les chambres qui étaient collées à l’hôtel le seul bémol c’est l’isolation… nous entendons absolument tout, assez dommage quand on est dans un cadre aussi idyllique.

This was such a beautiful hotel. The staff was fantastic and made the stay even better.
Pros:

Amazing view of the lake and Boromeo islands. Breakfast was fantastic. Room was decorated beautifully.
