Yes the room was very outdated and a musty smell. No microwave but there was a mini fridge and coffee maker. The air conditioner worked great! The mattress was the best I’ve had in weeks. I slept 7 hours! Casino was small but had a good variety of slots and table games. I did not feel it was overly smoky especially being a non smoker. I was fine. Long walk from hotel but I needed the exercise. Husband won $80 and I lost $80. Not sure it’s worth a 4 hour trip but I would stop there if passing by. There is an indoor pool that I did not go look at.
Location and front desk staff
Had to change room 4 times due to blood on comforter, blood on the sheets in the second room. Marijuana in room number 3 and a used baby bottle in room number 4
We enjoyed the location of the property.
The tub in our room had curly hairs, shower not working, no smart tvs and tv wasn't working right, several broken items, food was really expensive for what we got. The price wasn't worth it
My room was a good size.
I had a 1 lb. yorkie with me, and i was charged $75 and on your sight it said it was $55 so i was a little disappointed in that. It's not like my puppy could tear anything up.
Friendly staff and clean accommodations are key.
Listening to a gurgling toilet all night is not my cup of tea.
The room was dirty, and bathroom was sticky, the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work, there was a crumbs and food in the chair. I called the king chair you’re going to let someone stay in a hotel you offer them. It should be clean I am not happy, the pillows were absolutely terrible. my number is 502-994-4273. Give me a call.
Our room was horrible. The amount of money we paid to stay here was ridiculous for the amount of things wrong with this room.
1. Toilet paper holder falling off wall
2. Remote don’t work
3. Ironing board was broken and iron leaked water everywhere
4. Pillow ripped and had to keep
Putting the stuffing back in
5. Body wash dispenser wouldn’t dispense and when we finally got it to it wouldn’t stop so it was all over the shower.
6. Asked for extra towels and pillows and they said I have 1 pillow and 1 set of towels at the front desk you can come get them. What???
7. I’m not sure if the filters were dirty but there was a light film on everything every morning. Even our phones had dust on them. Nasty!
8. Asked the house keeper to clean room and resupply and she acted as though it was an inconvenience.
The only negative that I could see is the distance from hotel to the casino. It is a haul, a couple thousand steps so if have mobility issue check ahead on how they accommodate that. I’m sure they have a plan as everything else was so top tier. Well done
Save yourself a horrible experience and avoid Ceasars Southern Indiana. Staff is the most unhelpful / rude & flat out unfriendly group that we have ever experienced at a location. We will never spend another penny at this property!!

Good place to spend time at casino and have fun but lakes places to eat and limited tv channels for just be able to just chill in the room
The non smoking black jack tables still expose you to a lot of smoke because the rest of the casino is very smoky, with a bunch of people puffing away at the slots.
