Good place to spend time at casino and have fun but lakes places to eat and limited tv channels for just be able to just chill in the room

The non smoking black jack tables still expose you to a lot of smoke because the rest of the casino is very smoky, with a bunch of people puffing away at the slots.

Room was fine, but I was in there to sleep. The mattress was hard, and the sheets were huge, and the comforter must have been washed a million times, as it was about as much use for staying warm as an extra sheet. No extra blanket in the room. Bring a blanket! Oh, and the in room coffee was terrible too.

The experience at Caesars Center, Indiana was exceptionally positive. Notably, the premises were impeccably clean. The accommodations were comfortable, and the staff exhibited exceptional friendliness. Furthermore, the check-in preparation was remarkably swift. We were accompanied by my partner, and we indulged in a delightful meal at the plaza, which was exceptionally pleasant. The casino also met our expectations, as it was smoke-free. The new mushiness are also really nice.

seems everyone wants a casino , I say watch and learn also stay with people in places that have experience in the business. I'm pretty sure if you build it big they will come so do that but never lose your personality , the power to treat most everyone like a movie star , a millionare, a high roller, your choice to build it big means you need to keep it full with all player price points or people who spend with you as it is adult and family entertainment . Caesars implifies this very notion; that I am a millionaire, I am a high roller, I am important to them, and in my opinion Caesars southern Indiana have accomplished there mission. I'll be back because of the accommodations, amenities and welcoming attitudes. a very big THANK YOU W. G. Gamble

They having smoking rooms. At no extra cost. They are pretty friendly for a small charge. Heat lamp in the bathroom.

Good hotel, close to Louisville attractions. Prices comparable to hotels closer to the city. Room and accommodations reasonable. There's a great walking path outside the hotel for working out! Was not impressed with "The Grill" eatery - would recommend the cafe in the lobby if you're looking for a quick bite. I didn't experience the other eating areas and did not play the casino. Spent my time in Louisville which has endless things to see (loved the Angel's Envy tour!)

As senior travelers, we often rely on the assistance of valets, bell hops, hotel desk clerks for accurate information. The website indicated all these services were available and when we arrived they were not. The layout of this facility is immense. Way to much walking and distance for seniors and/or folks with mobility or other health issues. Actually had to drive from casino to hotel, etc. There was nothing to let us know that the restaurants were not open during the first part of the week.

There is nowhere to eat except the grill in the Casino from Mondays thru Thursdays. That is unacceptable.
