« Je tiens à exprimer ma entière satisfaction suite à notre récent séjour. Tout a été absolument parfait, mais ce qui a rendu cette expérience vraiment unique, c'est la qualité exceptionnelle du service.
Un immense merci au manager pour son accueil et son professionnalisme. Je souhaite également adresser une mention toute particulière à l'ensemble du staff pour leur bienveillance et leur disponibilité de chaque instant : Walid, Chima, Amira, Sameh, Nader et Wissem. Ce qui m’a le + plus c’est tout d’abord l’excellent relationnel de l’ensemble des équipes de l’établissement.
Ensuite nous le complexe hôtelier est très bien pensée, avec plusieurs piscines à disposition ( intérieure et extérieur ) ainsi qu’un accès privilégié à la plage (en moins d’ 1min)
Enfin la côté restauration , rien à dire c’était bon et bien servis , le petit déjeuné était inclu de quoi commencer la journée du bon pied

Le personnel était agréable, le restaurant asiatique excellent, ma chambre était grande et la salle de bain immense.
Comme beaucoup de grands ensemble, l’hôtel nécessite une rénovations car le décor des chambres bien a vécu.
La clim était bruyante.

L'hôtel est magnifique, très propre et parfaitement entretenu. Les chambres sont confortables, les espaces communs agréables et les services proposés sont de grande qualité. La restauration est variée et savoureuse, et les installations répondent pleinement aux attentes des clients.
Un grand merci à l'ensemble du personnel pour son professionnalisme, sa disponibilité, sa gentillesse et son sourire permanent. Chaque membre de l'équipe contribue à rendre le séjour agréable et mémorable.
