Séjour globalement agréable, mais avec un contraste très marqué entre la qualité du service et celle de l’hôtel.
Côté positif : une prise en charge clairement au rendez-vous. Surclassement en suite très apprécié à la place de deux chambres. Merci à Mme Dorsaf pour son efficacité et son attention, notamment pour le geste envers ma mère. Même constat pour la femme de chambre : disponible, proactive et à l’écoute. Le service, lui, est clairement au niveau.
Côté hôtel, en revanche, la déception est réelle. On est loin d’un standard 5 étoiles. L’établissement est vieillissant, certains équipements sont dégradés ou non fonctionnels, et l’ensemble manque clairement de modernité. On a le sentiment d’un hôtel qui n’a pas suivi son standing.
Le petit-déjeuner est également en dessous des attentes, assez limité pour ce type de catégorie.
Conclusion : un personnel et un service qui sauvent largement l’expérience, mais un hôtel qui ne tient clairement pas ses promesses de 5 étoiles et qui aurait besoin d’un vrai remise à niveau.

L’hôtel qui était déjà un bel établissement, à rénover ses chambres , son restaurant, son système de sécurité et ses badges de portes. L’accueil au sein de l’établissement est chaleureux et agréable. Dès le premier nous sommes accueilli par un verre de bienvenue. Le restaurant et son buffet sont juste extraordinaire et la qualité des aliments d’un délice sans précédent , la piscine couverte et chauffée est très agréable, ainsi que la qualité et la propreté du spa, avec le professionnalisme du personnel
Partir de l’hôtel, je serai bien resté une semaine de plus

I want to sincerely thank the entire team at Regncy. From the most junior staff member to the hotel manager, everyone was exceptionally helpful and welcoming beyond expectations. They were consistently attentive and always ready to assist with a smile.
The breakfast was absolutely wonderful, with a large and varied selection every morning.
The service compared to the price was excellent, and I would definitely stay here again if I visit Tunisia in the future. Highly recommended.
