We stayed in Tbilisi for 7 nights, which is quite a long stay, and paid around $1,600 for a non-smoking room. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing from the beginning.
First, they tried to give us a terrible room located at the very end of a very long corridor. The room looked nothing like the photos. It only had two queen beds — there was no sofa, no dresser, no coffee table, nothing. Even worse, the room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke despite being a non-smoking room. My 9-year-old son noticed the cigarette smell immediately as soon as we entered.
After we complained, they  gave us a normal standard room, but told us it was their “last available room,” which did not feel professional at all.
The service from the front desk staff was extremely poor throughout our stay.
I was honestly very surprised considering the hotel’s ratings. Unfortunately, our experience did not match the reputation at all.

Все не понравилось. При заселении бронировали полулюкс с 1 кроватью размера «king-size», диваном-кроватью и доступом в представительский лаундж. Фото не соответствуют описанию, дивана нет вообще, вид не на улицу, а на стену. Пробыли в номере 2 минуты и выселились. Сотрудница отеля не предложила решить вопрос, уехали в другой отель, потому что это тупой обман, и запросили полный возврат средств. Из €1280 вернули €120. Отель отказался возвращать деньги. Мошенники. Если не хотите испортить отдых - ни в куем случае не приезжайте в это ужасное место, которое не может иметь 5 звезд с таким подходом к клиентам

Lovely staff, great location, but a bit tired of city noise
Pros:

Location, lobby, inner yard

Cons:

Noisy room, because of Main Street view. Maybe better to change windows. Also room is huge, but furnished as a small. So it looks a bit empty. Sometimes level of English is bad. Especially of young waiters in breakfast.
