Bury village hotel.
Pros:

Very cheap stay and health suite and pool was included with breakfast. The bed sheets and towels were very clean its just heavily used and shows wear. The staff were very busy yet friendly. It's a bustling little place to just get a night away from the kids or if your just passing through.

Cons:

Just could do with a bit of tlc in the sleeping and corridor areas.

Looked really nice

Cons:

Food was poor quality for the price had buffalo wings looked more like pigeon wings and at 10.40 bit of a con and a mixed grill at £30 pound very poor quality food for the cost .The room was very basic the fan in the room was rubbish and having to pay to park and use the swimming pool as a guest you would of thought one maybe made available as part of yiur stay ?

No air con.in the rooms, so warm couldn't stay in the room, stayed outside to keep cool, staff didn't want to know really stating that all fans had been given.out. horrendous night sleep due to heat

We had a good stay apart from the above and would return.
Pros:

Nice atmosphere, good facilities, location was good for what we wanted.

Cons:

Only one thing we found disappointing and that was the noise through the walls and ceiling to room above and from the stair case next to us.

Smokers and rooms. In need of a deep clean.

Not very much, unfortunately.

Cons:

Unfortunately, someone had smoked in our room previously. And with having two young children we needed to change rooms. There was still cigarette smoke on the window still. We tried to change rooms, but unfortunately they were fully booked, which is not their fault. But absolutely no mention whatsoever of a refund or any discount on our room which we had to stay in. I asked a few times to speak to the manager who wasn’t in until after we left but was reassured she would call me on the Monday, which was three days ago. The cleanliness of the rooms is really bad please see attached photos.

The location of the hotel is great and the exterior looks very nice

Cons:

I received a courtesy call offering a £10 upgrade for an early check-in, late check-out, leisure facilities, parking, and a Club Room. However, when I arrived, the upgrade wasn't even on the system. I had to go back to reception twice because the first staff member didn't know anything about it.
We were told our room was a Club Room, but unlike the actual Club Rooms, ours didn't even say "Club" on the outside. The room itself was small, dark, and the carpet was visually dirty. It smelled strongly of smoke and damp. On top of that, the iron didn't work, and the TV wouldn't connect to the hotel internet to pair with my phone, despite being advertised as a Smart TV. Very disappointing experience for an "upgraded" room.
