It is close to the airport.
The night staff was super rude. The first room they gave us the toilet drain didn't work, so we asked for another room and the staff told us to just use a glass and pour water down the toilet instead. When we requested again another room since we paied more than 500 Euros for it and we deserve at least a proper bathroom, they gave us another one which was clearly under renovation with wall paint in the floor and very dirty. Finally we asked for a third room and that we really needed it since a member of our group was sick and it was really late and needed rest, the night staff called us rude and unpleasant to our face, even though we just wanted a working room. We asked several times that he just gives us the keys and let us go instead of having us listening to his random tirade insulting us but he said he wanted us to listen it before giving the keys.
The next morning they gave us a complimentary breakfast for the problems, but it was not ok at all.
If you still want to make the mistake of going to this place, do not get the breakfast, they dont even have a working coffee machine and you can find more food and variety in a homeless encampment under a bridge.
An authentic Neapolitan hotel offering maximum comfort, cleanliness, and security. The neighborhood is excellent for tourists, safe, and close to the city center. Monika, the receptionist, did everything she could to make sure I had a wonderful stay. The room was quiet and spacious. It will remain a lasting memory, along with the botanical garden.

A very nice welcome from reception staff on our arrival, and our room was made ready early which was really helpful. Our room was very nice with a large comfortable bed and was quiet with the windows closed. The roof terrace is lovely and we enjoyed drinks up there in the evening. Breakfast was very good but as it's continental it is more sweet than savoury. The hotel location is great. Via Foria is a busy and lively street with lots of cafes and shops and feels very safe. The walk to the historical centre is quick and easy and the nearest underground station is only 10 minutes walk, or Taxis are plentiful and much cheaper than London.

O quarto que fiquei, 408, era espaçoso e limpo, silencioso (apesar de estar de frente para a avenida, não ouvíamos nada), a cama é confortável e o banheiro decente.
O atendimento dos funcionários muito bom, em especial o da ROSA, que atende no café da manhã, muito cordial e simpática!

No banheiro não tem cabide para colocar as toalhas.

Location and staff
Toilet seat in bathroom was loose and wobbly. The 2 armchairs in the sitting area which convert to single beds are old, worn out and pretty uncomfortable
