When booking more than 3 rooms (group booking), different cancellation policies and nonrefundable deposit will be required immediately.

The hotel does not accept 3rd party credit cards. Please note cash deposits are not accepted.

The hotel reserves the right to either charge or pre-authorize the provided credit cards up to the full reservation amount 72 hours prior to reservation arrival date. Non-valid credit cards will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.

Guests must be 19 years or older to check into the hotel. Guests under the age of 19 must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian for the duration of their stay

Children 12 and under stay free in the parent’s room (up to 2 children). The 3rd adult charge will be $20.00 per night plus taxes using the existing bedding.

Extra beds can be requested using the Special Request box when booking. Extra beds cannot be accommodated in the Executive One-Bedroom Suite. Guests must confirm availability direct with the hotel after the reservation has been made.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Excellent hotel.
Pros:

Stayed at the Hyatt, Hotel Blu and Carmana. Would choose Carmana every time. Facilities were excellent. We had a suite, we could have lived in it. Had everything you could need. Was spotless. Staff were excellent. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Convenient location for downtown Vancouver.
Pros:

Very good location in Downtown Vancouver, lovely area, plenty of restaurants, big rooms, good service.

Cons:

Very basic for the price, you pay just for the location.

Zeer goede, centraal gelegen locatie. Ruim verblijf met zitgedeelte, kitchenette en aparte slaapkamer. Sober ingericht, maar OK

Cons:

De airco werkte niet helemaal naar behoren. (viel af en toe uit). Staff wel heel behulpzaam.

Nice Hotel in central location
Pros:

Good, central location, lots of bars, restaurants, shops etc in walking distance.
Bonus was the groceries store with a Starbucks right across the street for grabing a coffee and breakfast.

Cons:

A bit pricey...probably due to the world cup taking place during our short stay..

This hotel was one of the reasons why we loved Vancouver. Thank you so very much!
Pros:

The room was perfect for our family as we wanted two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with twin beds for my two adult children. It was immaculate and in a perfect location.

Cons:

It would have been better if there was a breakfast buffet there.

掃除のスタッフが部屋で休憩中、大声えお出し、ドアが壊れるくらいノックしたので出てみると、掃除用具を忘れたとか。何事かと睡眠を妨害され不愉快な思いで過ごした。
