When booking more than 3 rooms (group booking), different cancellation policies and nonrefundable deposit will be required immediately.

The hotel does not accept 3rd party credit cards. Please note cash deposits are not accepted.

The hotel reserves the right to either charge or pre-authorize the provided credit cards up to the full reservation amount 72 hours prior to reservation arrival date. Non-valid credit cards will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.

Guests must be 19 years or older to check into the hotel. Guests under the age of 19 must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian for the duration of their stay

Children 12 and under stay free in the parent’s room (up to 2 children). The 3rd adult charge will be $20.00 per night plus taxes using the existing bedding.

Extra beds can be requested using the Special Request box when booking. Extra beds cannot be accommodated in the Executive One-Bedroom Suite. Guests must confirm availability direct with the hotel after the reservation has been made.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Very nice suite with 2 bedrooms, lounge area, kitchen and balcony - would work well for short or longer stays
Pros:

Really smart apartment, very spacious, it had a little balcony. Felt luxurious and very well located. Staff on reception were friendly and efficient.

Cons:

Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, a false alarm caused by the adjoining restaurant, which apparently was not the only time in recent history that it had happened.

Spacious one bedroom suite in a great downtown location
Pros:

Great location ! There is an Urban Fare supermarket across the street and a BC Liquor around the corner. And there are tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Cons:

I know it can’t be helped as my stay was during peak summer season , but the high cost of the rooms.
