Truly cost, location and size of room make this a win.
Pros:

Location was amazing - i’m town for Miami Swim and it was so convenient, big room, great staff - it is my new fave and for price it’s a win.

Cons:

No issues for me personally.

Pros:

La atencion fue excepcional, llegamos antes de las horas de check in y nos recibieron las valijas para que podamos salir a recorrer, tambien lo hicieron luego del check out! El personal mediante el chat fue siempre muy atento y dispuesto a ayudarnos. La habitacion comoda y limpia.

No entienden el significado de HOSPITALIDAD
Pros:

Estaba cerca de la clinica Mount Sinai que era adonde estaba siendo atendido mi padre por un ACV.

Cons:

Mi padre fallecio hace unos dias y la experiencia de mi madre en este hotel fue OLVIDABLE. La nula empatia del personal. La escasa flexibilidad y disposicion a resolver problemasm aun dentro del horario de 9-16h del front desk. Pedir que se realice el room service era un Odisea, conseguir hablar con alguien en el front desk tambien era tooooodo un tema.

Estadía tranquila y confortable
Pros:

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación la relación precio calidad es acorde muy tranquilo fácil acceso mantenimiento diario las instalaciones son muy cómodas y están bien conservadas

Cons:

La primera noche hubo ruidos y gritos, pude ver que llamaron a la policía y todo se solucionó al instante.
En la tarde noche vi que los huéspedes dejaban basura en los pasillos pero por la mañana ya estaba todo limpio, entiendo que la gente es muy sucia y no es problema del hotel

Propreté (cafards).. télévision limitée à des chaînes locales et 1 seule chaîne en espagnol.
Réception souvent absente aux heures de présence indiquées. Personne le jour du départ !

Extrem Ekelhaft, Schimmlig und schmutzig

Strand in der Nähe.

Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung.
Das Badezimmer war in einem schlechten Zustand: Haare im Duschabfluss, sichtbar benutzte Pflaster in der Dusche und ein extrem dreckiger Boden mit einigen toten kleinen Käfern. Insgesamt wirkte die Sauberkeit stark vernachlässigt.

Dazu kamen unangenehme, modrige Gerüche – nicht nur im Zimmer, sondern auch im Aufzug, Treppenhaus und Flur, vermutlich durch die Klimaanlage. Die Fenster ließen sich nur etwa 10 cm öffnen, wodurch man kaum lüften konnte.

Außerdem musste man sich selbst um frische Handtücher kümmern, welche teilweise dreckig/befleckt waren. Auch der einzige kleine Mülleimer im Bad war für das ganze Zimmer völlig unpraktisch.

Von einer Junior Suite haben wir deutlich besseres erwartet.
Nicht zu empfehlen!!

No es un 7.5 como describe booking
Pros:

La atención es virtual, super rápida si necesitas algo. La playa esta a 2 cuadras.

Cons:

El olor a humedad es terrible si bien me dieron un humificador a veces no daba abasto y cuesta estar adentro.
Es un hotel de paso no para estar muchos dias.
Es muy oscuro y por un tema de seguridad no se pueden abrir las ventanas lo que lo hace mas oscuro y húmedo.
Me toco la habitación al final del pasillo, bastante sucios los del restaurant, dejan cajas restos de comida en el pasillo.
