The location of the property is the only thing good about this hotel. The front desk guy was nice and tried to be helpful.

Cons:

Multiple things:
-The employees were eating on the hallway and on the front desk.
-The property was not properly clean, they only have one cleaning lady for the whole hotel (as we were told by the man in the front desk); and by the looks of it, she was not very experienced for hotel standards.
-When we did get room service, our trash was not taken out. The roaches were not cleaned out. We also asked for the futton bed to be dressed because we weren’t given an extra pair of sheets, and the staff dresses a part of the couch and not the futton.
-There were bugs and roaches on the hallway, and in our bathroom.
-There is a strong, humid odor on the carpet and sofa, although they had dehumidifiers in each room, the smell stayed the same or got worse.
-The sofa/futton was very dirty on the inside and outside.
-The restaurant bathroom is on the second floor alongside the rooms, often having long lines of people in the hallway waiting for the bathroom.

This hotel is not fit to house guests, it is not well maintained at all and the photos on the internet are misleading.

Worst hotel to stay
Pros:

Very bad stay and very bad facilities! The room was having mold and dampness! I got sick after staying there! My whole trip got ruined! Please be careful!

La ubicacion del hotel es genial, si eres como yo que con el calor de miami no te gusta caminar tienes la parada de autobus justo en frente para ir donde sea. Tambien tienes la playa a solo 1 calle

Cons:

Antes de reservar ya había leído comentarios sobre los olores, la falta de servicio de limpieza y que no se cambiaban las sábanas ni las toallas durante la estadía. En mi experiencia, considerando el precio, me pareció una buena opción. En Miami es difícil encontrar hospedaje económico en temporada alta, y este hotel ofrece una excelente relación calidad-precio. La habitación es muy amplia, la cama es muy cómoda y el aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente. Si tu prioridad es ahorrar en alojamiento y buscas un lugar cómodo para descansar, creo que cumple muy bien con ese objetivo.

Pros:

Desde la llegada todo fue muy práctico, muy atento todo el personal del hotel, siempre estando a disposición, la habitacion muy completa, la cama excelente, baño súper cómodo. La ubicación también es muy buena. Uno se siente muy bien cuando va a estos lugares donde es tan bien atendido.
Consideramos que el precio es muy bueno dado el excelente servicio que brindan.

Todo me gustó, no encontramos críticas constructivas para hacer

Très bien placé tout dans les alentours, les chambres sont spacieuses

Cons:

Le ménage des chambres n’a pas été fait durant tout notre séjour dans cette hôtel, et des odeurs désagréable se font sentir. Le personnel en revanche on toucher à nos affaires sans nous consulter auparavant et nous avant retrouver nos valise cassé avec nos objets fragiles extrêmement mal ranger. et le premier jour nous avons vu un cafard dans le hall
