The pool was hot and humid, unbreathable at points. The key cards kept having to be replaced. No public trash cans on the inside. Air conditioning in public spaces where humid it felt like there was no air blowing

Cons:

Found multiple roaches in room. Room was not very clean. Outdated and stains on furniture and paintings. Room was generally dirty with lots of hairs and had lots of poor repair jobs on the ceiling for old leaks. Staff was rude and outside talking on the phone instead of at the front desk.

Excellent breakfast but arranging shuttle not easy for international guests.

Excellent breakfast included.

Cons:

Only way to arrange free shuttle pickup is by calling. We were international guests with no way to make a cellular call. So we had to take a $40 Uber to hotel. Please get a WhatsApp number!

Also room wasn’t very clean.
