Pros:

Great location. Everything is close by. The hotel is in fairly good condition.

Cons:

The mattress wasn't the most comfortable. There were no glasses or mugs, water or tea in the room. There were no toothbrushes in the bathroom, and!!!! there was no toilet brush.

Pros:

Patogi lokacija, labai patiko administraciją, dirba labai paslaugios ir fainos moterys.

Cons:

Kad kondicionieriai nereguliuojami, karšta numeryje buvo, šaldytuvas praktiškai nešaldo, neįmanoma ten ledu laikyti , yra mini baras kuris yra mokamas , manau visiška nesąmonė, kai moki ir taip ne mažus pinigus , tvarkytojos tikrai nesitvarko kiekvieną dieną kaip turėtų būti, lovos čiužinys visas purvinas..

The hotel is well-located; you can take a taxi anywhere, and it is a quiet area.

Cons:

The room was excellent, though there were electrical issues at the hotel. The food was of very poor quality, and the staff were very unpleasant—except for Ms. Ella at the reception, who was very nice and helpful in every way possible. Rating: 7.

Pros:

I only stayed at Hotel for one day, but they somehow noticed that it was my birthday. I was actually in Yerevan for work, so I never expected such a warm surprise.
The staff kindly congratulated me and prepared an amazing birthday compliment—a delicious cake, fresh fruit, and a bottle of wonderful Armenian wine. It was such a thoughtful and generous gesture that truly made my day.

The hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine care for their guests were exceptional. I was genuinely touched and left with wonderful memories. Thank you to the entire team for making my birthday so special.

The worst hotel in Armenia that we have been for last 6 years.
Pros:

Room was clean

Cons:

Staff of the Hotel was the worst We have ever seen.
As we arrived on a car to the Hotel first was that they scared us that they don’t care about cars of clients, car will be robbed,stolen some exterior details etc. even they told us to park somewhere else.
Breakfast was also the worst we have ate with family.
In the room that was family Lux ( overpriced) there was no window, it was like jail room.

Stay away from this hotel: staff, quality of room and breakfast, everything is subpar.

Pros:

Vieta-nėra toli nuo miesto centro.Pusryčiai kuklūs.Kambariai švarūs, lovos patogios. Vaizdas iš balkono į Ararato kalną.

Cons:

Prastas internetas. Nėra galimybės atsiskaityti kortele. Kambaryje nebuvo nei arbatinuko, nei puodelių, nei taurių. Paprašius viskas buvo pristatyta.

It was generally somewhat acceptable but only for a few days…as no comfort for normal living.

Mostly location and reception girl

Cons:

Should be refurbished and renewed, most of the furniture shall be updated especially bed including pillows, curtains were cut and damaged, bath room facilities requires renovations. Despite cattle for tea and coffee it’s useless as no cup, no spoon etc
