Very Disappointing Stay – Avoid This Hotel

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel was one of the worst experiences I have had.

The room was extremely dirty. The bed linen had greasy stains on it, and the pillows smelled unpleasant, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The shower cabin looked as if it had not been properly cleaned for years. The towels were heavily worn out and had a strange odor as well. Fortunately, I had brought my own towel.

The room was also poorly equipped. There was no hair dryer and not a single glass or cup available.

Access to the hotel is another major problem. It is located in such a narrow street that even a bus cannot reach it. We had to drag our luggage for more than 200 meters along a dirty and dusty road. In the evening, the street is very poorly lit, and the sidewalk is in such poor condition that I actually twisted my ankle while walking to the city center.

Overall, this hotel is definitely not worth recommending. The cleanliness, facilities, and accessibility are far below acceptable standards. I would strongly advise other travelers to avoid this hotel and look elsewhere for accommodation.

Terrible experience. I honestly do not understand how TripAdvisor could give this hotel such a rating. The hotel even advertises its TripAdvisor recommendation on-site.
From the moment we arrived, we were treated very unfriendly. When we entered our room, it had clearly not been cleaned. The bed was unmade, everything was dirty, there was no hot water, and the towels were stained and filthy.
We asked to change rooms, but were told that this would only be possible the next day. We were assured that someone would come and clean the room. However, when we returned in the evening, it was still dirty. We were then told that there were no available rooms. We spent a long time arguing with the staff, but were repeatedly told that the manager was not there and that they could not do anything.
We did not even receive fresh towels. We were told that no one was available anymore and that they could not help us. We explained that we could not possibly spend another night in those conditions.
Meanwhile, other guests kept arriving at reception to complain loudly about similar issues. One group even left the hotel altogether. We wanted to leave as well, but unfortunately we could not find alternative accommodation.
In the end, we took a tablecloth from one of the restaurants and slept on that. Our entire stay was dreadful. Nothing was cleaned during our stay—we had already arrived to a filthy room. Every complaint was simply postponed until the next day.
The hotel is happy to take your money, but they do not care about their guests. We felt completely helpless and were close to calling the police. The manager was never available and left the staff to deal with all the complaints.
This was by far the worst hotel stay we have ever experienced.
Do not book this hotel.

Comfortable bed, very clean room, sheets, bathroom etc. Room was a decent size
View was alright (we could see Mt Ararat)
Nice quiet street, no noise from traffic

Breakfast was alright, reasonable selection. Free spring water in rooms. (Breakfast selection was: bean/beetroot salad, cheeses, sausages, ham, breads, ham omelette, rice, buckwheat, boiled eggs, apple/orange/banana, 3 types of yoghurts, jams, two types of cereals, pancakes.

Η εξυπηρέτηση των ατόμων στην υποδοχή του ξενοδοχείου ήταν πολύ φιλική και βοηθητική. Το δωμάτιο ήταν ικανοποιητικό και άνετο. 'Ηταν εύκολη η πρόσβαση του ξενοδοχείου να μεταβούμε σε διάφορους προορισμούς.

Месторасположение хорошее- от центра 20 минут пешком .
Завтраки - нормальные, но холодные даже в 8:30 утра
