Nice room
The bread was finished at the breakfast
The breakfast was outstanding!
The room was dark. The linen need to be replaced. The wifi was only accessible from the main area. Limited activities.
Nothing at all
Their surroundings are very dirty and we were given dirty towels. Their food were tasteless and dry. Atleast they were supposed to have carpets in the room. I regret been there.
Great location, peaceful & calm
Great variety for breakfast, restaurant great.
Rooms average, some did not have hot water, aircons not working.
Staff did not really try so solve the situation with geysers and aircon. Lack of communication on site. Some of the rooms the beds were not comforable(old), aircons not working. No Spa available on a Saturday although advertised!
The place is beautiful 😍 the staff there is the friendliest.
Our heater in the room was not working and the place is soo cold hence it's winter so I should have carried an extra blanket, they did offer us one but it was just too cold the heater would have been great to warm up the room too.

The breakfast end at 10h30.. That’s too early to be honest. How I wish it could end at 11h00.
Anyway it’s a minor setback
We loved the room, it was spacious, although the room that was allocated to us the aircon did not work and and the bed was like to close to the bathroom, we were moved to a spacious room due to the aircon not working and we loved it. Thanks
The first room was just too uncomfortable to move because the bathroom was just like too close. I think it was room 411.
Second time staying at room 204, last stayed there in January. I love the room it is very spacious and has an equally beautiful bathroom.
Breakfast is top tier. 10/10
The restaurant manager was very rude when I came in for breakfast, he spoilt my entire stay at the establishment.
Netflix did not want to stream, I called maintenance but the gentleman that came also could not fix the problem.
Breakfast buffet was wonderful. The staff were all friendly and treated us warmly. The location itself was beautiful, and the manager, Dirk, was next-level kind a friendly. They did not even ask for a deposit to use the putt-putt clubs or the tennis racquets. I felt we were treated like adults, which was nice.
Spiders. Spiders. Spiders, everywhere. When we walked into our room, there were cobwebs on the ceiling. I had to go and ask reception if someone would clean it, as it was really bothering my wife. Cleaning the cobwebs should be part of the basic cleaning. The shower in our room's drain was also clogged. Outside, it was not pleasant to walk around, as I kept walking into massive spider webs, occupied by some very dangerous-looking arachnids. I am all for leaving nature, but on paths where people are expected to walk in order to get around the basic facilities, I really think some basic clearing should be done - perhaps daily or every two days - just have teams go around and clear it out. This put a damper on the entire experience, and it made the environment scary instead of beautiful. I cannot emphasize how overrun the place feels, and the sense was that they were not bothered by or doing anything about the spiders. Outdoor chess is broken (certain pieces)
Very good breakfast and beautiful gardens. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a great experience.
Unfortunately, when we wanted to shower and get ready for a wedding at around 11 in the morning, there was no hot water. very disappointing experience.
