Estacionamento no booking consta 35,00 a máquina do hotel estava estragada tivemos que pagar no hospital 60,00 zero prestatividade do hotel em resolver.
Reserva sem café, isso não constava nas informações que era sem café, reclamei na recepção e me disseram que era soh pagar 75 para cada um e pronto! Nenhuma flexibilidade! Informações desencontradas!
Paredes do banheiros descascando sem manutenção!
Quero ressarcimento do estacionamento.

A instalação oferecida não foi acertada à venda. O quarto oferecia camas pequenas , falta de blackout nas janelas, falta de secador de cabelo, não funcionou a chave do quarto e vazamento do banheiro além de outros conforte de um um hotel 4 estrelas . Falta de manutenção total há anos.

Gostaria de deixar uma sugestão construtiva baseada na minha experiência recente no quarto .Durante a estadia, precisei entrar em contato com a recepção pelo telefone do quarto, mas não encontrei o número do ramal indicado em lugar nenhum. Tentei discar várias combinações de números comuns, mas nenhuma funcionou, o que acabou tornando a comunicação inviável naquele momento.Como sugestão para melhorar a experiência dos próximos hóspedes, seria excelente se vocês deixassem o número do ramal da recepção bem visível, seja em uma etiqueta no próprio aparelho telefônico, no menu da TV ou no informativo de boas-vindas sobre a mesa.Agradeço a atenção e espero que essa sugestão seja útil para o hotel.

Hotel que surpreender para o ruim.
Pros:

O atendimento, quando solicitado, foi rápido. No entanto, achei a equipe despreparada para abrir um simples sofá-cama.

Cons:

Eu pedi para abrir o sofá-cama, considerando que viajei com duas crianças. O colchão estava podre, impossível utilizá-lo. Embora trocado, os novos não estava limpos. Uma estadia para 4 pessoas, que não tinha toalha, higiene no banheiro ruim, brinquedoteca inadequada. Enfim, é um hotel muito abaixo da média. O café da manhã caríssimo e abaixo da média.
