Péssima.
Pros:

Café da manhã tem variedade é bem servido. Hall de entrada e local onde o café da manhã é servido são ambientes bem agradáveis.

Cons:

Acomodação inicialmente contratada através do aplicativo cheirava mal, impossível permanecer na acomodação, cheiro era uma mistura de mofo com esgoto. Dentro do frigobar tinha limo e a roupa de cama mesmo sendo branca tinha sinais de pó. Após reclamarmos na recepção foi nos oferecido um quarto executivo mediante pagamento de diferença ( altíssima por sinal). Ainda assim optamos em ficar no hotel pois faria um procedimento junto ao hospital que fica no mesmo complexo. Roupa de cama que foi solicitado a troca, não foi realizado.Para resumo, a qualidade das acomodações do hotel não condiz com o valor cobrado. Não recomendo e jamais voltarei.

BOa, mas não houve atenção devida
Pros:

quarto bom- cama boa - toalhas boas - sala de convenções boa - almoço bom preço -pedi um late checkout para mais 2 horinhas no quarto, quiseram me cobrar MEIA DIÁRIA! Um roubo.

Cons:

a NET do quarto não funcionou. A Internet wi-fi fraca - atendimento do balcão muito impessoal -a limpeza não houve- apenas esticaram o lençol- o biscoito caido no chão, ali continuou

Pros:

De nada. Não foi o hotel que eu reservei. Me mudaram quando eu estava na fila do embarque.

Cons:

Cheiro de mofo, de esgoto, aparelhos de telefone e tv de 1900. Ar condicionado não funcionava. Pior lugar que fiquei na minha vida.

A localização é o único ponto forte do hotel.

Cons:

Nada. Funcionários mau humorados e com má vontade pra atender os clientes, banheiro do quarto em péssimas condições (descarga nao funciona). Um preço alto de diaria e não tem um manobrista. Tentei tomar café da manhã no primeiro horário e não tinha praticamente nada no buffet. Certamente o pior hotel dessa faixa de preço que já fiquei

Hospedagem ok, mas esperava mais de um hotel 4 estrelas
Pros:

Estávamos hospedados para a maratona de POA e o hotel abriu o café da manhã mais cedo e preparou um "kit" para levarmos para a prova.
Quarto, roupas de cama e chuveiro dentro do esperado.

Cons:

Poucas horas antes do check in nos enviaram uma mensagem pelo whatsapp informando que o hotel estava lotado e, por isso, fariam um remanejamento da nossa hospedagem para um outro hotel semelhante. Ao informar que eu já estava aguardando o horário do check in no lobby, eles reajustaram e disseram que poderíamos fazer o check in normalmente e direcionariam outro hospede para o outro hotel. No final, deu tudo certo, mas achei um descaso causarem isso aos hospedes poucas horas antes do check in.
