Au moment du check out on nous a demandé une contribution volontaire de 76€ ! Ceci n'était pas dans le devis que j'avais accepté de booking. Et c'est la 1ere fois qu'on a osé nous demander un tel supplément. Nous ne l'avons pas payé. La jeune femme de la réception n'était pas agréable contrairement à tout le reste du personnel.
C'est la 2e fois que nous sejournions dans cet hôtel.

Location is very good
The directions for getting to the hotel should have included the fact that on the ramp there is a balustrade which concealed the road. My daughter who was driving was very nervous that it might be a one-way street, but I have been there before and was able to reassure her. We appreciated the friendly and helpful check-in and help getting our luggage from the car, then the car was whisked away. Our rooms were very well appointed and spacious; they were next to each other as we had hoped. I was a little disappointed that we did not have the wonderful view of the Duomo that we had from our previous suite, but that may not have been available because we asked for two junior suites side by side. The hotel is perfectly positioned to access all the sights and shops. We had room service on a number of occasions, it was very good and the pizza we ordered on one occasion was excellent. We enjoyed the breakfast in the dining room, but I was hoping for an omelette which was not available. We had excellent help getting our bags out of the rooms and the car being brought around. It was a great stay for our family. many thanks to the hotel and staff.
As my husband is diabetic, we would appreciate a bit less emphasis on carbs and sweet things at breakfast (for example, things like hams, cheeses, and salmon should be included on the buffet). This would help him to make healthy, high protein choices.

Fantastic location, beautiful rooms, and the most helpful staff.
Lovely room with a terrific view over the rooftops of Siena, all of the staff very friendly, keen to help and seem to enjoy their jobs. Only small criticism would be breakfast…
If you want an omelette or pancake there’s an extra charge which is a bit petty and should be included, also the one toaster had seen better days !!!

The location and staff were excellent. I could not fault either. The room was spotlessly clean and the room service very good too.
I didn't like the fact that I was unwell during my stay - no fault of the hotel! - and couldn't enjoy the facilities or Siena more. I will have to go back.
