Breakfast. Bland. Egg omelette is out of a box, no option for any other egg offerings. Same for sausage, and so greasy you must wipe them off before trying to eat.
Worst luggage carts that I have seen in 25 years and they appear to be that old. Sad for a new nice overall hotel.
The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. They gave us suggestions (when asked) for restaurants and local beaches which turned out to be fantastic! The hotel itself was clean and well maintained. Rooms were great and we had no issues with anything in the rooms. Friendly atmosphere and welcoming from the minute we walked in the door. The outdoor pool was nice and the area was clean. Very well located to a variety of restaurants and other tourist attractions. We all enjoyed this hotel and agreed we would return.

El personal muy amable, y las camas muy cómodas.
The hotel basically was good, but what brought it down was the cleaning.
If you are staying a few days, they only replace towels and make your bed.
They don't seem to clean your bathroom counter, sink or floor. They do not vacuum
for I had bath powder on the floor and I dropped a piece of paper on the floor.
So what every mess you make, you have to live with it.
Also the bed is way too soft, practically fall into it and hard to get out of it.
As alway, easy check-in & out. Friendly staff, clean room, good parking
