Overall satisfied with my room and stay.
My room was missing bath towels. I didn't notice until I went to shower. The front desk attendant was less than apologetic! This was a bit frustrating but everything else was good.
The breakfast attendant made up for it with a Good Morning greeting and freshly prepared food. He was continually cleaning and checking dinning area. He definitely takes pride in his job. I was impressed! I left him a tip! Keep up the good work Sir!
I would definitely stay again if I was in the area.
Bath towels in my bathroom. Apparently it was accidentally forgotten as all other hand towels and wash cloths were stocked.😒

We loved the staff especially the lady we checked in with around 3 on 9-17-26 she was extremely helpful made sure we knew all we needed to know and made sure we had all we needed.
The pool was extremely cold.
The room was so spacious, it was quiet and clean, staff was friendly.
The location in with all the other hotels is a little off putting
The breakfast was phenomenal compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in. The person attending breakfast was very attentive and kept everything clean and filled!
The tv didn’t work and none of the staff knew how to fix it.

Smoking areas out front. Carpet was old and dirty throughout. Location around was run down. The curtains could not be pulled shut allowing light in at night.

Most horrible experience. Staff approved a refund because the facility was so bad that we checked out immediately after checking in.
The room was spacious with a king bed and an area with a chair, sofa and tv.
No tv channel guide for either of the tvs in the room. The pool was closed, cracked window glass in hall/pool area, and NO refrigerator in the room.

Easy access
The light inside the pool was floating from where sumone had pulled it out the wall of the pool ... was so bad my ol lady made my kid get out the pool for fear of him being shocked. So couldnt even use the pool during our stay cuz of it
The Hotel location was great it offered breakfast. The staff was very friendly the eating area was well kept up. The location was very convenient. They had a swimming pool that was working and open. The price was very reasonable for me and my family.
The Hotel is pet friendly however they charge daily if you have a dog. My daughter was charged this is not listed when you book the room. They should let customers know. I think there should be a flat fee for a dog and possibly no fee for little dogs which are less likely to do any damage to the property. They put a $100 hold on your credit card so I think that in itself should be enough to cover any potential damages to the room if you have a dog. Most pet owners dogs are well trained or are even house dogs and won't be considered a liability to the property.
