Location. Room set up. Staff. Breakfast selection.
Location was good. Breakfast was just ok, like a medium value travel hotel.
Staff at front desk was good one day, the next kind of "meh". Breakfast was muffins in plastic bags, yogurt, etc. Not really a B&B kind of breakfast or what I was expecting. No big deal.
I locked this inn because I was looking for a well located hotel with amenities and this got great ratings. Location is prime. My room was itsy bitsy, the size of a ship cabin. Only a queen was available but it seemed to ne more like a full size. Since we were only here for two nights, we didnt feel like unpacking and there was no room to open up our suitcases. There were no robes in the room but when i asked the housekeeper if there were robes, her response was, “not on the first floor.” But when i got back to my room, she surprised me with one. The staff is soooo nice, especially Luca from Montenegro, who greets guests as they het out of the car and brings bags to the rooms. He also became my go to person when figuring out how to spend my time here.
I did not eat at the restaurant here or go to the bar but it seems very nice.
Don’t let them give you room 212.
Location!! Room was beautiful and quiet!
Nothing
Wonderful one night stay at the Kennebunkport Inn. Room 109 was very spacious and loved the decor but 3rd floor and no elevator so not recommended for anyone with mobility issues. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant (beet salad, steak, dessert) and it was delicious. The continental breakfast was great (yogurt, bagels, muffins, coffee, etc.)
Bikes provided although we didn't use and loved that the fireplaces were on (inside and out on the deck) due to the cold weather.
Perfect location for exploring downtown Kennebunkport!
The location was ideal. the Staff were very professional and accommodating. The dinner meal was exceptional.
The "off season" priocing was high for this time of the year.
I was looking for a place for us to to have an early meal before attending the Ogunquit Playhouse and I came across The Burleigh Gastro Pub. I have eaten at this location many times in the past but with different names and different menus. For some reason, this place keeps on changing names but there is one constant, I have yet to be disappointed dining here. We were comfortably seated by a window overlooking the street and outdoor veranda. As we were early, the Gastro Pub was quiet and relaxing. I ordered an IPA on tap along with the Baked Stuffed Halibut which was served atop garlic mashed potatoes, with a side of broccolini and a delicious sherry cream sauce. The halibut was tender and flaky and the seafood stuffing had nice notes of thyme, and well seasoned. An outstanding dish. Our server was impeccable and knew his menu inside out. Pricing was more than fair for this quality of food, surroundings and service.
It was a beautiful Inn, very clean and neat. Our room was quaint and the bed was very comfortable and cozy!
The breakfast was nice, however we would have loved to have had a hot breakfast like bacon and eggs.
Old world beauty
Great small town
The check in process was good. The room was clean.
The room was very, very small, bathroom extremely small and the shower. The room that they gave us was by one of the stairwells and was noisy. Our window in the room overlooked the parking lot. The cars coming and going and slamming car doors was noisy. The restaurant/bar was closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. They serve a continental breakfast not a full breakfast. Very minimal. One night we could hear loud noise on the upper floor.
